Lost a star for the lack of fries in my "large" fries. Not even filled halfway. Very disappointing!! Normally the service and food are excellent. Super easy to order online and pick up in the drive through.

It’s the BEST chick-fil-a location in Charleston. Gold standard for sure. I hate having to go to other locations because it can be a gamble. The Rivers Ave location is a guaranteed slam dunk every time. Food is always hot and fresh tasting & service is top notch.

Very clean, friendly staff , delicious food , very clean restrooms. I fully recommend 💗

I tried the Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich and it's a pretty good veggie option for a quick meal on the go. I think it is smart of Chick-fil-A to stick with a simple approach to the sandwich- it's basically a brined and breaded piece of cauliflower, but it definitely has some flavor to it; it is a bit pickley and a little spicy. According to their website: it is marinated, breaded with a signature seasoning, pressure-cooked, and served on a toasted buttery bun with two dill pickle chips. I would get it again, especially if I'm on a road trip where there aren't too many veggie fast food options available.

Got accidentally the wrong milkshake (cookies and cream instead of peach) and asked politely for the right one. Three different employees came to my car after one another to confirm if I'm lying or not and told me I'm just getting the right one if I'm returning the wrong milkshake. I didn't even complain just said they accidentally gave me the wrong milkshake and they're acting like I try to rob them LoL. Totally unprofessional behavior!

I just left this establishment with TERRIBLE service.. The young kids are outside in the heat without NOTHING to drink or nothing to cool them down with.. Some of these workers has terrible attitudes towards customers .. When I was getting my food the workers had their backs towards me communicating with the people that was working on the inside..

I would rate a 4 but I can never get a cup of ICE here. How is the ice machine down but you have ice for drinks? That doesn’t even make sense. They just passing up money for a dumb reason. It’s been like 3 months. Get it together people. It’s the summer time.

This is the worse Chick-fil-a experience that I’ve had. It’s raining outside and I wanted to kind/respectful of the employees so I went through the drive thru to request that they switch my curbside to drive thru. *As I’ve done several times at multiple different locations. I went through the drive thru waited with everyone only to be told by the operations manager on duty that they can’t give me my food and I have to go to the curbside area. I went to the curbside area only to have an employee me drinks and no food. Leaving me and my wife to have to wait an additional amount of time making us both late back to work. The worse and most unacceptable experience. Franklin the HR person was awesome!
