Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" North Canton

Stopped it to get a breakfast biscuit,stood at the counter for quite a while and nobody waited on me,8 to 10 employees running around behind the counter and nobody to take my order, just stupid looks. I guess good help is hard to find for I had to show an employee there how to empty the vacuum cleaner, very unorganized!left without ordering.

The team lead working tonight- I think his name was Jacob was such a caring and nice guy. My car stalled out and turned off in the middle of the drive through line. He pushed me all the way to a safe parking space, made sure me and my baby were okay. He also brought my food to my car while I waited. He really went above and beyond. I hope this gets seen by management and that his hard work, customer service, and kindness gets recognized. Thank you Jacob, I really appreciate your kindness.

I agree that this place has went downhill severely since new management took over. I’ve done pickup orders for my son three times. All 3 times the order was wrong. It’s like a retirement community working there. They can’t read and hand out the correct order ,and move slower than pond water. Horrible service. The order each time was a simple nugget meal. Nothing detailed or picky. Get better Chick-fil-A.

Great place to eat for sure. This place does get busy pretty fast but the staff here are great! Super friendly people and sweet to talk to. If you do order ahead make sure you do carry out or pick up inside (tends to be faster) and you don’t have to wait in the long car lanes!

I ordered a spicy DELUXE chicken sandwich meal for two separate people annd I said it twice and they gave us both just the regular spicy chicken sandwiches! Which are nasty compared to the deluxe :( plus they skimped on our fries so much. Worst Chikfila I have been to.

This is our go to anytime we are out and about. Love their spicy chicken! Great service, fast, with a smile!

This review is for the chick-fil-a food truck near Best Buy in Wooster, OH 44691 on Tuesday Sept. 5th around noon. I was the second order for the day. I've been to the truck many times without an issue. Today the woman taking my order was pretty rude and basically did the opposite of an upsell... She seemed really irritated when I asked for two sauces. She kinda grunted and held her nose up at me. I was simply reading my girlfriend's order that she had texted. Every time I stated an item she wanted my order to be finished "... And that's all for your order?" Or something along those lines... Then when I started to say my order she kinda scoffed again seemed really upset that she had a paying customer giving her an order and only seemed interested in finishing my order before I was done. I was going to buy two more items but I was quickly done with her interjections on my order and gave up. I was literally just the second person in line. What was with all the attitude? Not totally against going to Chick-fil-A again, but I may really avoid going to the food truck in Wooster if this woman is going to be the one taking orders.

Only the first or second time I've ever been here and I was very impressed by the service and quality of food. Extremely busy in their drive-thru and inside but the wait was not that long. Glad I came here again and I'll have to stop back in sometime soon. I would highly recommended it to others
