Chick- fill-A is always a good place for food. This is my first time at this location and they have close to 20 tables to sit inside. A lot of parking outside the entrance is for curbside pickup and they also have a busy drive-through. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The only odd thing I noticed is on the order counter they have placed tables to block most of the service counters which looks very weird. The servers are there to help you place an order and pay in the queue line but those tables blocking the order area are not eye pleasing at all.

We enjoy the food and I enjoy the lemonade. What a great place to visit they are always busy but they handle the traffic superbly. I tried the salad the other day and I was just knocked out so I have to give five stars for not only the fast food the drinks and now the salads I've been a customer for the past 20 plus years it doesn't get any better for a quick sandwich and waffle fries.

The service is always wonderful at this location, I’ve never had a bad experience because they would make things right. Food is good and exactly as requested. The friendly and prompt staff deserve a applause for everything they do. I would recommended this location compared to others. Update: The staff here was very nice and polite. I was happy to find that line although looked long, was short by taking just minutes to get through. So thank you for that. My food (nuggets) also was hot and fresh after being ready in like a few minutes. My sweet tea was really good which they seem to never fail on. Good work Chick-fil-A and the staff here.

The service at this location is alway is amazing, but the new one lane drive-thru order is extremely inefficient and slow. Guest now have to wait entirely too long for “fast food.” The restaurant eliminated the second drive-thru lane and replaced it with a mobile lane (order ahead). This doesn’t make a ton of sense when more than half of the parking lot is designated for mobile pick up. When I’m headed home after work and my kid tells me they want chick fil a, I don’t want to have to pull out my phone and order it on the road. Why can’t we pull up to the drive thru and order without having to wait 25 mins in line? It’s truly terrible

Amazing food, efficient lines that make Disney World a second class act, and friendly staff who are actually polite. What’s not to love? CFA is a fav on so many levels. Can we talk about the iced tea with the perfect sized ice cubes? Number one. How about the great ketchup packages that are cleverly designed to dip or squeeze with minimal mess? The waffle fries…. Yes, I do love me some Chick Fil A. Tip- you cannot buy gift cards through the drive through. You have to go inside to buy them. So to avoid waiting in the long line and the having to go in like I did, pick up your mobile order inside. Wish list- put the Splenda in the tea for me like McDonalds does. It’s hard to drive and so this!

Food was good as always. However, when I went to the counter to ask for a drink refill there were two girls having a personal conversation that couldn't be bothered. One of them looked right at me and turned back around to continue talking. My wife finally said "excuse me" to get their attention again. One asked what we needed. A third employee intervened and got our refills quickly and was really polite. This stands out to me because Chick-fil-A is known for exceptional service. Didn't happen this time...

This is really disappointing... website shows the dining room close at 10 pm.. and in the door shows a 9pm... I will never think coming back to this location.

I've been to four different locations and their service is always impeccable, the good is always satisfaction and I've never seen cleaner fast food restaurants. Keep up the great work, it says a lot about the leadership and commitment from the team.
