Chick-fil-A is an absolute five-star experience! Their chicken sandwiches are unrivaled, always fresh, and incredibly flavorful. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Clean and inviting atmosphere plus efficient drive-thru service. A must-visit for chicken lovers!

Great food, great service. There is a gentleman there who keeps the lobby clean and he is always so friendly. I don't know his name but he is a great worker, always asks how you are and if you need a refill or if he can help. This man needs a raise. Heck of a worker. This is at the New Albany location on state st

Although they are very busy, I got my food pretty quick. Me, my husband and my step mom chose the dine in option and they tried dropping off 2 other people's food to our table. I'm not sure if they didn't put the right table number or if they just didn't pay attention. Other than that it was very tasty and a great lunch.

My family loves chickfla, they are like most, though they sometimes throw in some extra.

The service there makes me feel appreciated for picking Chick-fil-A to spend my money. I have noticed since post pandemic. A lot of fast food restaurant employees don't appreciate costumer's for picking their restaurant to spend their money at. They seem that you don't like what you got go some where else. But not at Chick-fil-A they really are glad you picked them to spend your hard earned money at. Yes they are a bit higher than others but food is great & the attitude & the treatment of the employees is OUTSTANDING👍.

They refused to allow me to order what I’ve always ordered and today the front cashier and Manager didn’t want to take my order for regular chicken and fries. States it’s a policy for them to serve breakfast only. Never had a problem before until today and I won’t go back. I turned around and took my business and money to a better choice.

The manager was rude over a misunderstanding ! at first Chick-fil-A did not charge any money to put strawberry shake at the bottom of the cup of lemonade. Now there is a charge ! Since I ordered online and put add strawberry on the subject line it was ignored in drive thru I came inside to see why it had not been added and the manager reply’s “you didn’t pay for it , that’s why it’s not in there “ ! First off I just spent 30 dollars in the drive thru I wouldn’t have minded a upcharge if I knew about one ! Then when I go get my wallet to pay for my strawberries she walked away from the cash register !! It’s crazy I have never had this issue at any chick Fil A and I won’t be back to this one

We love chick-fil-a and we had not been awhile and wanted to go eat there again. Kids was a little upset to find out the play area was Removed from this location. My salad I could not sub the cheese on it anymore like I use to so no cheese on my salad. Plus I don't like certain lettuce leaves ( the skinny prickly ones) and it seemed like that was all they had in my salad. I just picked it out like I always do before I eat.
