Food is always good. My experience is always good. I never dined on the property because too many people and traffic pile up. Other than that, great customer service, staff is always friendly. I was missing my food when we picked up a few of our burgers the other day. But they quickly refunded without an issue. I don't consider it a problem and will not stop me from coming back.. they get extremely packed and busy, and employees work very hard in this industry for very little hour. Employees make mistakes too, people!!! I hate it when i see a bad review on a place that is consistently packed like this one. I love their Mac n Cheese!
I order a simple spicy chicken sandwich lettuce wrap. It is not the first time they give me old/bad lettuce or hardly any lettuce.
Chic-fil-A is a great place, of course. Not much to say other than this location is outdoors only, but when in So-Cal I suppose! The food is always great, though I feel like the portions have gotten smaller over the last couple years. The service, super helpful and welcoming. Someone made a mess in the bathroom and as soon as I notified them they went to clean it! They were unfortunately out of spicy sandwiches when we visited last tho :((
This Chick-fil-A always has long lines but they move quick. The food is good but personally I feel Chick-fil-A is overrated. I got a spicy deluxe, Mac n cheese, 8 piece chicken nuggets & a drink. The mac and cheese was $5 and change (I added bacon bits) but it's super tiny. The 8 piece chicken nuggets were 6 bucks and they are half the size of McDonald's nuggets. All in total it was about 23 dollars. It was alright but not worth it. Good thing I used a gift card 😂
I enjoyed my chicken biscuit. The biscuit was fresh and buttery. The chicken fillet that latte and covered the entire biscuit. I got a dipping sauce to add to my biscuit so it wouldn't feel dry when eating it. I was pleasantly surprised I didn't need the sauce, but the sauce did complement the sandwich. It would order this again.
Loved that fact that I attended a school event that gave all the students a card to get a free 8 piece nuggets or a chicken sandwich. 2 didn't go through and I paid the difference but when 1 of the workers gave me the receipt they realized and asked me that why I paid and I explain. So I told them which school and she was like ok don't worry I'm a refund you the 2 sandwiches that didn't go thru and you'll still get those sandwiches and your set. She did what she said. I appreciate the service and attention to detail.
The grilled chicken sandwich was great. Service was fast and friendly just like I was expecting.
So strange, no indoor seating. The nice outdoor table area ends up creating a wind tunnel- so bring a jacket. Huge drive through line that moves fast. I was shocked that 4 meals cost $45 (included a 12 piece chicken meal). Food is very good. Service impecible.
