Revisited after remodel. The food, service and staff are always great! I understand moving the line quickly...however, it would be nice (for when you might want something different) to maybe have another menu board before the covered area. When the staff member greets you down the line, the menu board can't be seen. Yes..."just look at the app" I know but we have older people that aren't tech savvy and want to see the menu, just saying. Keep up the great service! BTW, It would be nice to have a better way to pick up app orders, when you're sitting in line for 20 mins...food is cold by the time you get in parking lot.

Got breakfast this a.m Food and service was great. I ordered a sweet tea, drank it all and took the lid off to eat the ice and this was in it. Not sanitary....

Renovations came out nice. Store looks great. Service is always A+. In the know..... The big table inside has like an origin story under it at the bottom of the table.

Visited today, third day since they have reopened. Everyone did GREAT! It was very, VERY busy, but the customer service was amazing!

The remodeled restaurant just opened and we visited there yesterday. It is fabulous! Definitely go by and see the difference! The staff was friendly. The interior was clean and well maintained. This would have been a 5 star review but we had a negative experience geting into restaurant parking lot due to the drive through traffic. We had to park near the entrance because my spouse had a recent injury and cannot walk far.

Really bummed. It has been over 10 years since I have been to a Chick-fil-A and I thought I'd give it a chance one more time and my order is wrong! I ordered the deluxe Chick-fil-A Sandwich which should have had bacon on it and there's no bacon on the sandwich but I paid full price. 😤

Been sitting put on road outside Chicfilet driveway for 30 mins. Probably 45 more til I get food. THIS SUCKS! YOU GOTTA DO BETTER Y'ALL

Ate breakfast here with my fiancée. The sausage breakfast burrito is delicious, especially with their jalapeño salsa. As always, the sweet tea is 10 stars out of 5. Customer service was excellent, better than any service I get in Jacksonville.
