Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Moore

This used to be the best CFA in OKC but has dropped to the bottom. The food is never fresh or hot anymore. The staff have gone from great to barely better than McDonald's. The service is slooooow and way worse in the drive thru, 30 plus minutes. The new renovations have made the inside unwelcoming and less seats. Took out the playground instead of adding to the building. It's been super dirty every time I have gone in since it reopened.

Ordered at 10:17. Order recieved at 10:45. In line for 30 minutes. I would be embarrased to be associated with this location. I ordered a coffee and breakfast bowl. I have a short list of restaraunts I would wait 30 minutes for a meal let alone 30 minutes for fast food. Food was alighltly warm and coffee was half water by the time I recieved it. I've been a customer service manager and I would be embarrased by this time I/O and performance base. Will not be returning.

I’ve come here countless times and i’ve ordered 10 count chicken minis missing multiple each time. Now tonight i ordered a 12 count nugget with only 7 nuggets in the box. I’m really disappointed as i used to work at the chick fila in shawnee. I think from now on i will be going to another chick fila as this is many orders messed up in missing items.

The slowest Chick fil a of ALL TIME. The staff however is friendly and you can see they are trying to work hard. But it’s the most inefficient one ever. They handed me my lemonade drink with this on the lid. And look at the apple juice…So disgusting. They are loosing their touch. They never even said “my pleasure” which I thought was their thing.

Chick fi la used to be my absolute favorite. They always were welcoming and on point. Now they don't pay ant attention to customers, the inside is unwelcoming and clustered. Truly it's a fire hazard how they have people wait for food or pick up orders. Fire chief, please check in on this. Trash cans are always full....tables not cleaned, and drinks spilled on the floor. The bathroom also isn't clean. Clearly they need new management. I will never get food from this location ever again.

I'm done with this location. 40 min in the drive through. I get that everyone loves Chick-fil-A but come on. What other fast food place would you go to and sit for 40 min in their drive through. Idk if they need to build another one right next to it or what, but this location is completely overwhelmed. Enough is enough.

I’m not understanding how Chick-fil-A service can be so inefficient with the amount of staff they always have “working”. I ordered on the app to pickup in the drive thru (kids were in car so couldn’t exit vehicle). I ordered at 5:04. I received my food which consisted of 2 kids meals and a nugget meal…at 5:47. I’m still trying to figure out the point of ordering on the app to then wait in line for over 40 minutes anyway? Very frustrating.

Food and service was great! It's our favorite fast food restaurant. Not just because the food is always good but also because the people who work there are always friendly and helpful! In this day and age that is a rarety!! Other fast food restaurants need to take a page out of Chick-fil-A's handbook on how to treat customers!
