I constantly ask for fresh fries and they never give me fresh fries I spent over $30 and my food was cold. I waited for my food for 30 min .There’s a ton of kids running the store and they don’t care about anyone’s food. When I try to tell them that the fries are cold they tell me that they’re brand new fries and they just came out instead of getting me new ones. They try to be nice but they actually hate customer service . Terrible customer service there’s no adults that work at the store.
This chick- FIL-a is A-MAZING! I went there spur of the moment, and was promptly greeted by an employee by the name of Jade, she was friendly, and was enthusiastic about her job, as were all the rest of the employees I saw. My order was accidentally picked up by a different customer with the same name, and they again, courteously and promptly made it right! Also, for the mix up, I was given a gift card for a free shake. I will most certainly be coming back to this restaurant! Thanks to all the employees there for their friendliness, and willingness to help! God bless you and keep up the awesome work!
it's Chick Fil-A... Love the food and the service. I downgraded the food at this location because, apparently, it is too much trouble to SALT the fries. I've complained, received credit, complained again because the FREE fries weren't salted, etc, etc.
I love there food but I just got a order for two chicken sandwiches and they both had a ton of pickles on them, and I dislike pickles very much. I am now crying. Very sad. 😢
Food was good just a lil to well done but the people are friendly and it’s a clean atmosphere
waited 50 minutes for overpriced chicken. rather drive to ohio to grab some raisin' canes
Fast efficient and very friendly service. Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal and as always it’s very very good. Plus the diet lemonade is fantastic. I wish they had a brick and mortar instead of being inside the Beaver Valley Mall. I would go there more often.
Sawyer is a very great employee and should get a raise+company car.
