This store was insanely busy. Both drive thru's full,inside was packed. I was on my lunch hour thinking there is just no way. My sister and I went in. Did not stand in line hardly a minute,was nicely greeted and food was given to us in less than 3 minutes. Everything was accurate,food was piping hot,just how I like it! I was blown away. They were awesome! Great food,great service! I will be back!!!

Always fast and friendly service ! Kids love the one on airport because of the indoor playground. Food is always fries are always hot.

We waited curbside for what seemed like FOREVER. They apologized for the wait, so no problem…. Until we got home. The food we received was not what we ordered.

Customer service is a hard job and I completely understand! However, if you are in the managerial position the least you could do is make sure the guest who has to burn gas to come back and get something remade because you all made a mistake is satisfied.. Simply dropping the food in their hands (Cadence) is completely unacceptable. How hard was it to make sure that I had everything I needed before you walked away? I wasn’t rude and was very mild tempered might I add so the least you could have done was make sure that everything was up to par. This location really needs to step it up as far as attitudes and customer service because it isn’t just her. Bad days happen and bad moments happen but you are in a service job because you chose to be, so minimally you can serve with some sort of professionalism.

IM NOT SURE WHAT they have going but Friday July 21/2023 I had them for breakfast me and my kids and I’ve been dealing with diarrhea & vomiting since !!!!! My kids are also dealing with diarrhea. Serving bad food !!! I can’t believe this I’ve never had this issue with Chick-fil-A

I love this chick fil a! Always receive the best service no matter if its dine in, take out, or delivery. My 18 month old loves when we dine in the indoor play area is always clean and the days we go its never over crowded.

When I arrived they were serving breakfast by the time my food reached me very quickly my biscuit was cold. I went to get another one and they were now cooking lunch. I was not offered anything else or even spoken to again until I went to get my money back. Then Chris asked me if I was sure I didn’t want something else. I told him since that as never an option offered and the rest of my party had eaten. Then no but I would have really liked something had it been offered earlier. They could have saved a customer. Obviously customers aren’t as important as they like to say. So disappointed.

Always great food and service - it's Chic-fil-A after all. Definitely suggest ordering with the app and picking up though, because they're usually very busy.
