Horrible service and gross food had hair again in my food called and complained again with no results. The workers never cover their hair when serving customers. Most importantly this is the second time that happened to me and family. Also they don’t respect the curbside ordering every time I go there it’s a hassle to get the sauce ordered. Definitely lost my business indefinitely will go to Chick-fil-A on airport. People check your food plz.
Never have I had an issue with Chick-fil-A but this one right here I seem to have the same issue. I pay and order my food thru the app, and I wait at least 20 minutes every time. I hate it

Me and my sister got pretty hungry at a funeral, so we decided to stop on the way home. We both got the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich...it was crazy good. Not to spicy, and the honey was sticky and delicious as it should be. I'm already planning on when I can go get another one!
Chick-fil-A is always amazing. The food is just great. But this certain location is always slam packed. It took me 15 minutes in the drive through. It was about 20 or 30 minutes to closing time. I expect some degree of a wait sometimes. Not all places are going to have you in and out extremely fast especially if it’s made fresh to order. I understand why this location is very busy as well. I would just suggest that they open a few other locations so that there are more restaurants for the locals to come to. I’d say Tillmans Corner, Grand Bay, Saraland. (Easier said than done, I’m sure) Keep up the great work guys!
Chick-fil-A is a good place to get chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches. Their chicken items taste fresh and are nice and warm. They have good French fries to have with meals. The staff seems nice and efficient and prices are reasonable. You can drive through or eat inside.
Chic-fil-A got me started eating chicken sandwiches with pickles. Their chicken sandwiches are bar none hands down the best ever! I have never been to one establishment that wasn't fast and friendly. I've never seen a faster drive thru.
