I’m not sure which Chick-fil-A this came from but it was cater to us from Mercy Life, I don’t eat meat and that’s the problem there’s really NOT a lot of things people like me can eat but I do however love your fries fresh and hot with Polynesian sauce and your chips.

The food is great but the wait is insane and there’s absolutely no organization!!!! if you’re coming in from I 65 good luck because there’s no one there to keep you from getting skipped when you’re waiting at the intersection because the other patrons come in from the checker side are steadily turning in without you getting a chance to get in line. on top of everything the line closest to the store is always the slowest for some reason. If you can walk into the store, it is quicker and easier but good luck to make sure you don’t get hit. It is best to get the food at an earlier time and don’t get it between 12 and 6pm.

This location needs new management and new attitudes. Staff is not friendly and quality of food is horrible. Chicken bowls literally have 3 small pieces of chicken that was so tough it was not edible, not silverware, no ketchup and the buns on the chicken minis were hard. UPDATE tried restaurant on 3/11/23 Ordered food for pick up inside through app. Checked I was at the restaurant 10 minutes before I even arrived. When I arrived it was not ready had to wait another 12 minutes. Only to realize someone was just putting food on the counter so by the time it was handed to me it was cold the ice in my cup had even melted. They did to do better. Not to mention they take up over half the seating for staff now.

I ordered the chicken hashbrown breakfast bowl w/a small cup of fruit(red apples, green apples, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and strawberries) and it all was delicious. I easily used my points to pay for my breakfast bowl. The staff are VERY nice and welcoming. I dined in and it was like I had my own attentive server who refilled my water. I love the fact that I didn’t have to pay for a cup of water like at most restaurants.

Amazing job filling our orders for our church bus!! In 20 minutes the bus load of kids had their food and we were on our way! Thank you for making our way home a little easier. Staff was great and Freddie the manager was very professional. Thanks again

Very bad experience. Possibly the worst of any Chick Fil-a I've ever patronized. I attempted to use a voucher from a previous bad experience at a different store. It took ten minutes to get to the order taker and when I gave my order, her scanner was unable to read the QR codes from my voucher, but she never told me. Five minutes later, I arrive at the window and an older man yells that I haven't paid and mispronounced my name. Because of the mispronuciation I figured he was referring to someone else. Next the manager comes out in a confrontational manner and tells me to pay. I show her my QR codes and she asks me if she can take my phone. I said no and she walked away. Next, the loud man hands me my food before the manager came back out with a cordless scanner. She's able to scan my codes finally and without saying anything, she shoves the receipt at me and says have a good day. In shock at her attitude, I drove away before realizing I was missing my brownie and ice cream. I have never seen such misconduct from a Chick-fil-A. I am truly appalled!

My teen likes to go here for a treat on Fridays after school and she had had a very hard week, this very kind lady came up and gave her the note and made her day. Thank you.

Nothing to say. I just love chick-fil-A
