Chick-fil-A is consistent. You get fast friendly service and quality food. Their places are always clean. Today, a store manager was going around to make sure everyone's needs were addressed. He bussed our table when we were finished. Doing so with a smile and thank us for coming today. There are two drive-through lanes, and the staff keep them moving. Despite having a rush hour lunch, no one was kept waiting long. In short, everything was perfect.

We ate lunch at this location. We were traveling in the area on a business trip, and this was our first time eating there. The food was tasty. I upgraded from fries to the kale salad, which was quite tasty. My hubby had a peach shake, which was really good. I had a peach tea drink that wasn't very good... it was too tart or unsweet-- I'm not quite sure how to describe it. The peach tea drink didn't come with refills despite the hefty price. The staff was very friendly, and the manager was out sweeping the dining room and chatting with the guests. All in all, it was a good experience.

Good food and friendly staff but this location is so slow. Today it took 18 minutes to get an ice cream cone and a cup of ice cream. Not the first time I’ve waited a very long time to get my order. Every other location I’ve been to gets you in and out quickly, even during the morning rush.

This morning my order was missing a couple items but instead of the employee having any sort of attitude like you get at most fast food places they just corrected it and in a quick fashion too. For me it’s not about when things go right that show the quality of a business but how they act or react when it goes wrong. The morning crew works very hard to make positive experiences.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal...it tasted like it had been cooked in fish grease along with the waffle fries 🤮. I took one bite and threw it away when I got home. And they also didn't put the condiments in the bag. This is the FIRST time I went to a Chick-fil-A and it didn't taste good.

Had a catering order..was told that my order would be ready at 12pm When I arrived my order was ready and hot still when I served it. Thank you Kayla CARSWELL, for getting my order right. You have a great team. Thanks so much for making my day bright

Sad to say, but this is one of the worst Chick Fil A's in Georgia. That's like a record because you'll be hard pressed to find a bad Chick Fil A. The food here is hit and miss. I was legit served an undercooked chicken patty once. The line is always backed up. The outside waitstaff dont take initiative to move cars up to reduce the bottlenecks at the entrance/exit. There is no reason for the owner to not build a bigger location since they get more than enough business to justify the cost.

This is the first Chick-fil-A I have ever visited where the customer service AND service did not meet the Chick-fil-A standards. I ordered one cup of icedream. The customer flow was very slow. I walked directly to the front. It took 15 minutes for my icedream cup to be served. I was polite and did not make a ruckus. Two people behind me received their orders before me. It appeared that everyone was working on their own project. One member of management looked at me oddly before continuing whatever it was she was doing. Please be aware of your time when dining at this location.
