Always a wait at this location, even with dual lanes and a dedicated line for ordering via mobile app. Friendly service and delicious food. Like the mister fans to help with the summer heat. Wasn't aware of the chain's generous college offer for its employees, hope they take advantage of it. 👍

Get your air fryer ready and taste the tea before you leave. Consistently disappointing quality. Thank god Dave's Hot Chicken just opened up nearby. Still haven't had a bad experience there because they still care.

My wife placed an order through her app for me to pickup, when I arrive they have a separate line for mobile orders so that's where I went. Turns out if the person who ordered isn't picking it up you cannot use that line. I proceeded to get into the regular line where the girl gave me attitude for having an express order. The food was correct and good however the large frys were only 50% full (see pic)

Didn’t honor birthday reward even though I had a picture of it on my phone when I had problems with the app. Cashier wouldn’t help and didn’t get manager for assistance. Sent them a message and basically got app instructions and told I was a thief since my email had changed. (No birthday reward was ever redeemed by my old email or by the new one) DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR COMMERCIALS, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

First timer at Chick-fil-A, I must say the young man who took my order outside (drive thru) was very patient, polite and very helpful. I believe his name was Dani. Thank you Dani for your excellent customer service with a smile. Also Zach was very kind and helpful as well.

Just another Chick- FIL-A right? No Chick-Fil-A's Are one of the last fast food chains that have full service in the dinning room. They have courteous people working that acknowledge you and are helpful. They keep their places clean. Check put the photos of a Manger cleaning the inside of a garbage can. That says a lot about the leadership in the company. I will always dine at Chick-Fil-A over the other guys because their clean, courteous, taste good! Thier locations that have play equipment are cleaned daily and sterilized professionaly weekly. Thanks for reading my rant! Go check them out and let me know what you think.

111 degrees outside ON A SUNDAY. DONT WORRY THIS CLOSED STORE IS KEEPING THEIR DRIVE-THRU COOL... way to waste water is a drout state.

Got here to pick up breakfast for my family and I was in like at 10:15 knowing they end breakfast at 10:30. The line was very busy and they had 2 people with iPads serving the line those 2 people did not even try to get to those at the end of the line and once I finally made it to the front it was 10:38 I explained I had been where waiting and they refused to serve me anything other than lunch. I think this is inconsiderate to their customers and and even now I am stuck in the line watching them serve others the same items I wanted this is ridiculous!
