Quick service but the tots were dry and overcooked and my spicy chicken looks pitiful. My biscuit looks lonely with this little chick on it. I ate it though lol
We've tried to give this location a few chances, but for some reason, they never include the sauces we ask for when we doordash here. The fries always come half filled, so we have to order multiple larges to get the equivalent of one medium fry at other locations. Other small inconveniences like never getting straws, no napkins, and missing silverware. Every. Time. We. Order. Very disappointing. Won't be ordering here unless it's in person because I guess that's the only way to get any sort of quality control.
There was a gnat bug in my sandwich!! What’s worse is I didn’t see it until halfway through! I am sick to my stomach. I looked down to reposition the sandwich and there it is in between the lettuce and tomato! At least the manager was willing to replace the meal but something needs to be addressed in the prep area to ensure food safety o guidelines are practiced regularly! I don’t see how that gnat bug was missed as it was pretty big. 🤮🤢 It just better to eat at home.
Ordered from the Chick Fil A on Union. Got to my space informed them l was there. Server brought my food out. Terrible attitude. Had been waiting to try the chicken pimento sandwich was terrible! Usually get excellent service from them, but not this location! Cold food small pattie a half of spoon of pimento!
This is the absolute SLOWEST Chick Fil A I have ever been to. There have been times I have sat in the drive-through line for 30 minutes or more and this is the type of drive-through you cannot get out of. The outside employees are too busy gossiping to politely take your order. However, I feel it may not be their fault this Chick-fil-A is so slow. I suspect the kitchen is ill equipped to handle the rush hour orders. I have been told numerous times that I need to pull around because my food is not ready yet. This is the only Chick-fil-A I have ever had to make me wait so long for food.
Edit 7/22/23 How has the Chick-fil-A universe let this foolery go on so long?! It's getting worse. How can you consistently mess up simple orders? Y'all got like 4 basic options SMH. I've started driving to the Summer or Poplar location to avoid this location. Whoever owns this location needs to address these repeated issues before this location goes under. You can't stand on the brand name alone for too long. edit 11/15/22 I'm in shock really. Every time I go to this location, something isn't quite right. Missing sauces. Cold fries. Customization (that cost) not done. This ain't right. This ain't the Chick-fil-A I love. :( Still my go to location but the quality of the experience has seemed to slightly decrease. It's been shocking really, because Chick-fil-A typically does not stand for subpar experiences. On 3 different occasions my fries have been cold or stale tasting. I even had a tender served that was either cut off or bit off.
10 to 15 wait in the drive through. Could not figure out why. Ordered the chicken sandwiches, FRESH!! The buns, the chicken, the lettuce, and tomatoes tasted as though they just got picked out of the garden. Worth every minute we waited in the drive through.
The young girl at was working the receipt kiosk around 2 pm (on 09/09/23) was rude as hell. It took every bone in my body not to curse her out. Not only was she rude to me, she was also rude to the customer behind me. If you don’t like working with people, then quit. The service at this place has been going downhill for a while. I’ve ignored it since I like chick fil a, but I won’t be coming back to this one.
