Friday was such a beautiful day. I decided to do a couple of places, but I don't understand why they didn't appear on my local guide. So, I'll show and tell today. First, I went to Totally Sweet Cafe in West Philly. Then Boscov's in Media Pa. Now this Boscov's was bigger than any other store I've been in. Oh yes, I will be back, I found so many bargains I couldn't resist. Then I went to Chick Fil A, don't have the pictures for that because I was eating and driving back to Philly before the rush hour. I got a salad and chicken strips. That salad was delicious and the chicken was hot.
I ordered a HOUSE chicken cheesesteak and asked them to add mayo and extra cheese to it. When I got home I had a plain steak with mayo on it only. When I called they asked to bring it back and they'd make another. I don't live close. So she told me to save the steak 😳 and bring it back whenever I come back. So am I suppose to be hungry until then? Please tell me what exactly were you going to do with the one you messed up? ...Petty. 🙄 I told her no. The next time I come, I will order a plain steak and you can make me a house steak. She agreed but for all that I don't even want to return. Its the pettiness for me, when it was them who messed up my order. 😕😒 I won't return.
The service at the restaurant is going down hill. I was there last week purchased a $29 worth of food only to get home and realize that the order was completey wrong. I called spoke to Manager about them correcting the error and was offered a replacement Salad @ a later date. I went there the next week received the salad but ordered other items as well. They totally gave me a kids meal and nugget meal with no fries . IM TOTALLY DONE WITH THIS LOCATION!!!
Good Afternoon Google Family. I visited this establishment on a Tuesday afternoon, after my mom got her nails done. I wasn't happy with my food. I ordered two salads, one for mom and one for me. I ordered the Cobb Salad and the Grilled market salad for Mom. I must say they should have been called Lettuce salads, because thats what they were. Mom and I had more lettuce in our salads, than anything else. We were supposed to get chicken in mom's salad, it was only a few pieces there and I had some tomatoes, and some cheese bits and plenty of lettuce. My mom and I were not at all thrilled with this revelation. For the price that we paid, $9.49 for the Cobb Salad and $9.69 for the Grilled Salad, this was not acceptable. My brother ordered a chicken item. I do not see myself going to another Chick-fil-A in the near future. Good night Google Family.
Chick-fil-A is always consistent and efficient. The food never disappoints has the best customer service in the industry
One day last week, I was hungry. The closest place was a Chick-fil-A. We pulled into the drive-thru lane one person took our order We drove forward The 2nd person took our payment, we drove forward and the 3rd person provided our order which consisted of chicken fingers with BBQ sauce and waffle fries, the meal hit the spot, satisfied my hunger and was reasonably priced. I will go back, for sure.
Came through the drive thru a few days ago and was serviced by I think Alexis and Marissa. The were nice and my meal was perfect. Great service!
Not a fan of this location. Their manager Rob always give's attitude and I've overheard him talking badly about coworkers on the clock. Please keep it professional. When I come in I want a good experience not a place where I hear gossip about others. There's an older lady there that seems so nice! Otherwise food is good, usually comes out fast.
