Super busy location but they seem fast and efficient! Glad I was able to stop in and grab my favorites while om the road. 😍🙌✨️

Food was fantastic, we had a missing food item but they took care of it no problem. Great customer service and great family atmosphere! Kids played in the play ground and we were able to have our team meeting here. Definitely recommend. If you have an issue tell a manager and they take care of you really well here. Great job everyone!

SO GOOD! The staff was super nice, and it was just like having a waitress at this location. They brought you your food and then other employees came around asking if anyone needed refills! And it's the first restaurant I've seen since my childhood that actually had a Play Place (or w.e. you call it) inside of it, and my daughter LOVED it. She'd never seen one before! It's a little pricey for fast food, but you cant beat the taste and service.

I order at this location fairly often and I’ve never had an issue with my order, but I have had multiple negative experiences with the customer service here. The past three times I’ve gone through the drive thru, the workers are having a side conversation and don’t acknowledge me until they’ve finished their conversation. I also got charged twice because the girl said my payment didn’t go through in the app and asked to run my card again. When I told her that my bank statement showed that it went through, all she said was that I should call customer service and have them reverse the charge.

So we’re waiting in line and there’s someone(looks like an employee) ordering their breakfast, well they were both joking around and not acting like they were serious. I don’t think they realized we were behind them because the employees were too busy laughing and maybe after 5 minutes of waiting for them to finish. While some people behind the cashier were laughing as well. Overall,, our food was ready as soon as we got done ordering, and it was fresh. Thank you Chick Fil A for at least having our food freshly made.

My hashbrowns were not fresh as usual. I purchased 4 and only one was hot and fresh. Not good but was the exception and prayerfully it won't happen again.

I placed my order through the Chick-Fil-A app like usual and when my order arrived it wasn’t my order. I informed the driver and he was very nice and apologetic about the situation. And informed me that he would go back. After waiting 20 minutes (Chick-Fil-A is 10 minutes from my current location) I decided to call the location myself. I spoke with a manager on the phone and she informed me to place another order through door dash to pick up my food and they “might” refund me for the first order. I informed her that I don’t have door dash on my phone but understand that it is the third party vendor that they use. I asked her if she could possibly refund me my money and she informed me that she couldn’t and there isn’t anything that they can do. I don’t have my car with me today otherwise I would have never order through their app. I was highly disappointed in the entire situation due to the fact that it was an error on their end. Luckily I was able to go through Chick-Fil-A’s app to cancel the order. To avoid a hanger situation I won’t order through the app again.

They do a really good job of 'crowd control ' in the drive thru compared to others I have been too. The inside is very clean and the highchairs all have the placemats with them and it makes life a lot easier
