Best fast food I've been to EVER. the staff was top notch friendly. The lady who took my order was very friendly. The person who delivered my order asked if we needed any extras. Then another staff member came around and asked if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Amazing because some places I see them ask others and not me. Food was good, hot and tasty. My granddaughter needs gluten free and they provided. The place was clean. The atmosphere was calm and friendly.

Made the mistake of ordering the Cobb salad; Black lettuce, undercooked bacon, and a nice long hair hanging from in between the lids when I removed it from the bag. EDIT: apparently the lettuce was not black I am just an idiot and it is spring mix. The bacon, black spots on the corn, and hair in the box were still unnacceptable though

I bought 2 spicy southwest chicken salads…. There’s no chicken in the salads. I waited in line for about 20 min for this. Lovely.

Usually I have great experiences here but today I had to use Carry out and walked in on the employees making fun of my name. I had a rather large order and spent over $60. When I got home I realized they forgot my Coke and fries. So busy making fun of my name and messed up my order. I’m never ordering from this location again. Be mindful of what you’re saying about people.

09-07-2020 really late lunch. Starting off I’m confused why they take your order before you even get to the menu bored like everyone always goes there and remembers what’s on the board 🤔 on the bright side Chick-Fil-A‘s food is extremely good however you do not get a substantial portion of anything. I got the four chicken strips and it looked like it was from a kids menu. 10 bucks it was well worth the tease but I could’ve went to Popeyes and got so much more. The chicken strips were the size of large shrimp, the fries in the container were only halfway full, the drink was completely full of ice. In three sips the drink was gone. I would return to Chick-fil-A however I would make sure I get something to eat before I go there because if you go hungry you definitely will leave hungry. “The food is so good though”.

Kids love to play here, I was hungry and why not kill 2 birds... it was a win-win! This Lapalco location is always clean and fast

It used to be great , the new staff is not doing a good job now , very old oil with weird taste , fries not fresh , and you return the order few times to get what you actually ordered .

Please be careful with there salad went got a salad on my lunch.Salad was old everything in there was old I was so hungry so I stared picking through it a black bug was in it crawling around returned it got my money back they didnt even care bout the old salad nor bug i had to starve the whole night.I was very shock never will eat from them again.
