I think I'm such a frequent customer that the second I drove up to curbside the young lady was there with my food! Didn't even type in the parking spot number yet! 😂 Thanks for great service
The drive thru line was extensive but very well organized. It was my first time trying the Southwest Chicken Salad and I was well pleased. My service was great despite the busyness.
The food was excellent. The atmosphere was awesome also. Now the service was ok but when I ordered right before I gave my money for my food to the cashier I asked very politely if he could give me change for a $20 the cashier very rudely and unprofessional inform's me they are not allowed to give change back even though I was paying for my order. What kind of since does that make
We always order Nugget Treys for our daughter’s birthday parties. We made the order on the app to schedule for pickup at 1:30. We always pick up through the drive three. Manager George decided we had to come inside after waiting in the long line to get to the window. They forgot to make the tea for our order and Manager George said we had to come in because “ummmm we were busy”. We arrived at 1:15, chicken had been sitting for a while. Was not fresh.
I'm obsessed with the peach 🍑 milkshake. There are REAL chunks of fruit in there! I have a feeling that they're only seasonal. Anything this amazing gets snatched away right when you decide you can't live without one every day 🤷
Always fast and friendly service at this location (Zebulon Rd, Macon GA). Even during peak times. Staff was friendly and efficient. Order was correct and food was spot-on great.
Had spicy chicken, chicken was only warm, ] No spice to it. My wife told me there was to have a sauce on it. No sauce. But was cold. Fries wasn't worth eating.
The food was adequate, for what I expect from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not have adequate staff for the lunch rush. I walked into the place at 11:55am, and despite being only the 6th customer in line, I didn't receive my food until 12:20. There was only one staff person at a register to record and fulfill customer orders.
