Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Lutz

A very sad 8 pieces chicken nuggets…. It’s a shame for such a good franchise. The picture can’t speak truly how sad of these nuggets. It can’t be called “food”, more than an insulting to me. Another thing, 8/10 times when I order kid meals, they almost always forget to include milk with it. Is it a direct command from the top, stealing back milk bottles on every order, in order to hedge against the inflation? It’s really crazy and sad for this franchise or maybe this particular location.

My family always stop by here. We almost love the entire menu and the store is always clean. The employees like their job and it shows. They brought the food to us and everything was fresh. The play area works for my son. He had fun with the indoor playground. I need to come by during breakfast hours and try it.

I love Chick-fil-A it's so good and I love the peach milkshakes they are delicious

Went there in the morning and wanted a regular chicken sandwich. I order them all the time and it is about a 8 minute wait, but always have gotten them. But this location they did not want to cook one for me, the manager said they put all their focus on breakfast in the morning, so they wouldn't cook it for me. Never had a problem at any other Chick-fil-A, ever. I wouldn't go there now if they were giving away food.

I don't usually eat out, but when I travel, it's easier. So for me the food was par for fast food and the service was good.

Zero stars. Absolutely worst drive thru in the morning. I'm not sure why their morning crew sucks so much worse than the night crew but it does. 32 minutes in the drive through this morning for 1 biscuit. I didn't order it special, I didn't order a lot, NOTHING but 1 biscuit. 32 minutes. I mean it's so nonsensical it's hard to even fathom. Offered anything for that long of a wait? No. Apology? No. Just here's your biscuit. You've jumped the shark Chick-fil-A and gotten too big for your own good.

We truly love Chick fil a products. However, literally every time we go through the drive thru and order (especially on busy nights) something is left out of our order at the Lutz location at the outlets. They never double check the bag! When asked if every thing is in there they will say yes. Again tonight I got home and the spicy chicken sandwich was left out. Too far to turn around and drive all the way back. This makes me want to go to a different location from now on.

This location (Lutz) has the slowest drive thru in the mornings. 15 minutes from order to food. I understand it's hard to find help, but it'd be helpful to have more people working the window. I'll still see you every morning for breakfast though...
