Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Lufkin

The best Chick-fil-A we've ever been to. The two older women, Judy and I can't remember the other's name, went out of their way to make our family comfortable. Thank you for the amazing service!

One of our favorite places for a quick bite on the go. Great salads that can be made healthy if you try... Bravo!

This place is going downhill fast. My fiancé and I come here once a week for lunch break and everytime we go it gets worse. They have been forgetting food or drinks and the employees are not friendly. Today we went and the whole experience wasn’t great. It started off by a lady taking our order, you could tell she didn’t want to be there and she probably said 3 words to us during the whole order. We go to the window to get our order and they forgot our 8 piece nugget and sauce then when we told them they proceeded to look at us like we were a burden for even mentioning it. We started eating our food less than 2 minutes from getting it and our fries were soggy and not yummy. This is not the first time that we have got bad service or food forgotten. The only good thing about this location is when the manager is outside directing traffic it seems like it goes smoothly.

They have those poor workers out in 103 degree weather taking orders and get mad at them for being too hot out there. They’ve already had a girl go to the ER and turns out, she was dehydrated from being out in the extreme heat, and the next day they put her right back outside in that heat. Other workers have complained of being lightheaded and vision going black due to being outside taking orders and the manager ma, Mrs Walker and Aaron in particular get angry at the worker. It’s not their fault that chic fil a doesn’t want to get the ordering menu and intercoms like every other fast food restaurant. It’s too hot to make those poor people stand out there like that. They don’t want them to take restroom breaks either. Talk down on them for needing to use the restroom. Why should they have to hold their bladders or suffer dehydration? They call it “customer service” but they treat the workers poorly and don’t care about them at all. They wouldn’t even have a business to operate if it wasn’t for the employees! Good food, but they really need to treat their employees much better!!!

Just a standard ole Chick-fil-A. Food was great, as usual. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I give 3 stars on atmosphere because this place is SO crammed in the area that it is in. It's miserable to try and get in and out of parking spots, and honestly miserable to even get to.

Have not been to a Chick fil a yet that doesnt meet my standards all across the board. Love the culture atmosphere and ofcourse chicken! I would like to nominate the owner of chick fil a to be president of the United States. He would run this country fantastic. Just saying.

I thought that the first time was a mistake when they forgot my chicken nuggets even though I paid for them, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt a few days later and they forget to include my fries with my chicken nugget meal. Be better Chick-Fil-A.

Great food at a decent price. Clean area and friendly service. Play place for kids.
