As someone who was a kitchen manager at chick-fil-a for some time, this is by far the nastiest biscuit i’ve ever seen or tried ever. They are burnt, chewy and still somehow raw in the middle. I don’t know if the person who made the biscuits just didn’t know how to do a right mixture or even left them in too long or at a too high temp but if i saw these at my store they would have been thrown away. I understand chick-fil-a being busy and fast paced but it’s always Quality over Quantity, i’d have rather waited the 10 mins for a new batch of biscuits than being served this. Just extremely disappointed because it’s not that hard to make a good biscuit. also not sure why y’all are making them square not circular, y’all are weird for that.

They have great service and food every time. I just wish their prices would stop going up, but I understand everything is these days. I always go through the drive thru and even though it wraps around the whole building most days, I know I can count on no longer than 5 minutes to get through. Such a great cooperation and operation at every location I have ever been to, and I go a lot and have the app for rewards points which are amazing to have.

My wife got a salad and no matter what Chick-fil-A, everything is fresh. Went through the drive thru and they did a great job. The staff greeted us as we drove up and took our order. They do a great job getting everyone through quickly.

Honestly, the first time ever I had any issues with Chick-Fil-A. I got the completely wrong order, I didn't check at the drive thru and it is CFA and they're known for having the correct order. I got home and was really shocked that this was not what I had ordered. The "sprite" tasted like Mineral Water. Very disappointed.

The food was exquisite, the fries were crispy, the buns were immaculately toasted, and the lettuce was succulent. Whilst we were eating a strapping young lad asked us if he could refill all of our drinks. The atmosphere was overall pleasant. But, the table we sat at was rather sticky. The lighting was good the music was calm and enjoyable and there were smiles all around.

This is unusual for me to give a 3 star rating to a Chick-fil-A; but it is necessary for this visit. While the chicken tasted as consistent as ever, this location lacked in other areas. My chicken was overcooked; which I've never experienced before at a Chick-fil-A. The breading was as light as always, but crunchy. Additionally, it seemed the individual pieces in my 12-piece were very small. Hopefully that isn't the new norm! My waffle fries were good, but the box was loaded with mostly crumbs. Also, the cleanliness of the restaurant over all was sub-par. Several tables in the lobby needed a wipe down, some of the windows looked greasy, and the area behind the counter was very messy with trash scattered across the floor. Like I said, this was unusual for my experience with this chain. Maybe they were just having an off day. Service, on the other hand, was exemplary as always.

The same great food and service, I have come to expect from all chick fil. A and they are no exception they are great.

Worst chic fil a experience I have ever had. They were out of sauce, and one lady taking orders was working hard getting her lines orders, while the other lady just set in the shade causing her line to be way slower.
