I usually love visiting here, but this visit was a huge disappointment. They dropped the ball on this visit. I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich without cheese, but unfortunately when I got home all I had was a bunch, chicken, and 2 pickles; it was supposed to have lettuce and tomatoes on it. 😀 My husband's sandwich was the same way. It's been awhile but the quality wasn't there on this visit. The batter was sweet (didn't like that), the lemonade was watered down and not tart as it usually is, and my waffle fries would've been the win, but they only gave me a few waffle fries on top and basically crumbs at the bottom. 😀 I called and spoke with Brendon who said he was a manager, and he put me in the system to get a remake free of charge, but I haven't returned yet (didn't care for sweet tasting batter).🤷🏽‍♀️He was super courteous and professional as well as soft spoken; I appreciate that.

The last 3 times I have gone I’ve had a terrible experience. The first time only one lane was open in the drive thru which is fine and I waited in line for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I was about half way though line. Then the “brilliant” staff decided to open up the second lane. They told the car after me to go in the second lane and all the cars after me followed. So I found myself at the back of both lines after waiting for 20 minutes. Overall I was there for over 40 minutes and it was infuriating to see cars that had only been in line for 5-6 minutes get their food before me. The second time I picked up a catering order for my mom. The staff did not have the order prepared and I had to sit and wait for 15-20 minutes for them to prepare it. Which again is fine except for the fact that the catering order is just 60 nuggets thrown into a plastic box. At least 10 people got their food before me, and it’s much more difficult to prepare a drink fries and a meal than a chicken basket catering order that was made hours before hand online. The third time I order a chicken sandwich and had to pull past the drive thru to wait on my meal. It wasn’t a special order just a normal chicken sandwich. Many people behind me got their food while I was waiting. I’m not sure what they were ordering that was so much quicker than a best seller sandwich.

I love everything about Chick-fil-A. Always has a friendly staff with fast and efficient work ethics. I love the simplicity of the menu! Overall I don’t have anything bad to say about this Chick-fil-A. Very clean, professional staff, and very courteous.

False representation of food on the wall menu. First time visit. Ordered 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets. On the screen they represented them as the size of regular chicken nuggets with a medium size sauce bowl. Nuggets were the size of my thumbnail. Pointed it out to manager and he said "I know" and gave me another 8 for free. I left there still hungry after eating 16 baby nuggets

Sold my truck but said I needed extra money on the offer he made so I could eat. Got the grilled chicken deluxe and a child's meal of chk nuggets. Came home fell asleep with my chk deluxe in my hand so my dog ate very well that night. Food seemed to be very blah tho.

I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A since my son was little and liked to play on the equipment. The play area was still there, but my teenage son wasn't interested for some reason. The portions are about half the size of other fast food restaurants. Maybe that is because they use better ingredients. I got a 12 piece grilled chicken item from their menu, and what I received looked like a heated container of precooked meat that was shipped to the store.

I don't know how anyone could get nicer than a Chick-fil-A server!! I find myself saying thank you and your welcome when the gestures are not even appropriate. And in most cases a drive through line more than 3 cars deep(Sonic) I will pass but at Chick-fil-A 20 car line ,(2 min from work) and trending 5 minutes to work I will pull in knowing I will still be there on time.

Paid for a large fry was given old soggy fries that look & taste like they had been re-dipped in grease after waiting a long time for my food.
