Long drive-thru wait. Very very thin & tougher chicken sandwich. The entire chicken was little thicker than 2-3 pickles. Even though they can see how thin this chicken is they still served it. Hmmm. Take note Chick-fil-A: your value is tanking from continued price increases, smaller portions, reward point devaluations, and industry longest drive-thru wait. Don't be surprised if customers migrate to other fast food options.

Went inside to order a milkshake during my lunch break. Only ordered the milkshake and I knew that they were only one size only as I’d gotten milkshakes before and normally the one size only was the medium cup. Spent nearly $6 on a small peach milkshake. $6 for a shake that took 15 minutes waiting for and not blended well at all,so much so that I can’t use my straw at all as the peach pieces were not small enough to be sucked up through the straw. Of course I wasn’t given a spoon so literally had to wait til it melted so far that I could drink it with all the peach pieces at the bottom of the cup avoiding them with my straw. Very disappointed in the fact chick fil a proces have continued to go up and the sizes get smaller. Very annoyed and disappointed. It was busy however the lines for people waiting for food, refills of their drinks etc were long and they didn’t even have people in line ordering food while I waited for my milkshake. Not gonna lie chick fil a, this is not the quality and experience I am use to with the chick fil a’s in Oklahoma and in Loveland. Longmont location just never seems to go smoothly or quickly anytime I order here. If possible I’d avoid this location and just order at the next nearest location to you.

Missed a couple big items on my order. Had to call the support to to collect my information. 30 minutes later I’m waiting for someone to get back to me. A little ridiculous. I just want either my food I paid for or the money back. But at this point I feel like I should get my whole bill paid for. Waste of time. Great food but very poor process for issues the store made.

Terrible, the first time I ever had this occur. At ordering I was advised they no longer had mac & cheese with chicken. I was advised they could at chicken chopped (and bacon too), I said perfect and ordered 2. I received my drink and was asked to park across the way while they finished my food she said shortly. I received my order over 20 MINUTES later, my fries were cold, my mac/cheese had no bacon although charged for. They gave me 2 brownies like that was going to make me happy. This whole experience was terrible. I am still mad days later. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not going back probably ever. SHAMEFUL.

Dirtier than a truck stop. As someone who worked in restaurants in college, I don't know where to begin. Staff was cleaning the kitchen so they could get out on time while every trash can in the place was packed. A couple was asking for their sandwich 20 minutes after ordering. Everytime I come here it reminds me of why I don't come here. Chick fil a as a brand has gone down hill and is on par with Arby's, Hardee's and other neighborhood grease pits.

This is based solely on my most recent visit. I want to try it again, and see if my last visit was a fluke. Food: Fries were almost room-temperature when they got to me; already lost their crisp. Spicy Sandwich had great flavor, but wasn't piping hot like usual. Service: Cashier had great energy, capability, and connection skills. However, food took over 10 minutes to get to me. It was like they had it sitting out and forgot about it, or something. I later ordered a tray of over 20 strips, and that came out faster. 🤯 Atmosphere: The interior was clean, but admittedly kind of noisy--a minor gripe. However, the parking lot was so small and infuriatingly designed, I would contemplate eating elsewhere just for that drawback alone. Hoping next time my food is hot and quick!

Classic Chick-fil-A experience, went through the drive thru. Once we got to the end they gave us our drinks but our food was not yet ready so we had to go wait in the parking lot 👎👎 food was good though.

So I always love seeing the younger crowd working so diligently here. They always seem to be a really good team. Very respectful. They always seem to have my order right. For the amount of people that go through here they really have a great system and get you thru there quickly. Their prices are a little above the rest but I think it is worth every bit. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good chicken sandwich on the go and you may get a blessing as well. There's nothing wrong with that.
