Awful experience!! Party of 4 adults and 4 small kids below the age of 5. After standing in line, I ordered my food at 8:59 pm not knowing that the store was fixing to close. As I was ordering, the man taking my order asked “dine in or take out” I said dine in. Paid about $33 for half the party, and after getting our food, we found a table and sat down then, began to eat. Other customers were still eating after we started to eat. At 9:15 we were approached by a young female, and she stated “hello! We closed at 9 pm and your party needs to leave, sorry” and then walked away. I told the young employee that we were almost done, the kids are just slow at eating and I politely asked if we could finish. The young female employee then stated “ no, you will need to take your food with you and leave, we have a lot of high school kids working here so we shut down earlier than other chick fila’s”. My party, politely, packed our dinner and started to leave when I noticed another young female laughing and then rolled her eyes at me when she noticed I seen her laughing. I then stated that this was ridiculous that we were being made to leave in the middle of eating our dinner and another young female stated get over it and then walked fast out the door. I have never been told to leave a restaurant and this being a religious business I would think their employees would be a bit nicer. I will never be a customer at this store ever again. I am a business owner myself in Lenoir City and this is not the way to do business.

Stopped by for dinner, very clean place and clean bathrooms. The service was quick. The lady who took our order was sweet and very patient with us as we ordered. Having always ordered our saved favorite through app, couldn’t recall what we normally order :) ! The store hours on google said open till 10pm, but the store seemed to closing at 8ish when we came in, with the staff cleaning up and men’s bathroom was closed. So not sure what the actual store hours are for dine in.

We stop here almost every time we are headed south down to visit my husband’s family in Florida. The first time I ever visited I got a grilled chicken wrap and there was hair in my food. I lost my appetite after I saw it and didn’t finish my food. I have a picture but my husband said I needed to let that go so I won’t post it. I called them and they said they would send a coupon or something and I gave the manager I talked with my address and a year later still nothing came. Oh well. They don’t do online stuff so if you message them on Facebook or another social media site they don’t respond. You have to call if there is a complaint and good luck getting it addressed. Case in point: we drove down to Orlando for a cruise the first weekend of December this year and got 2 kids meals and the food was ok - pretty standard for CFA but the girls were disappointed they didn’t get the book/or whatever kid you there was. I thought maybe I’ll send them a message to see if they have finally joined the 21st century and nothing. I don’t have time to call. I’m glad this is not my local CFA. We live in Knoxville so we only come here when we are leaving town on a road trip. Yesterday I got a large waffle fries and chicken tortilla soup and it was decent. The soup was good but my fries were too cold, tasted more rubbery and I ended up throwing most of them away… but again. You have no one to complain to when you’re driving 9-10 hours and can’t go back right? Can’t do it online and I don’t have time to call to have no one help me so I will just let it go. I will only come here when it’s necessary and the other Chick-fil-As are out of the way. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it. Next time I won’t even order fries. What a waste. They taste good when they are fresh and hot but every time in the last year I have visited here something has been off or subpar.

This is the Chic Fil A everyone originally fell in love with. The first employee we encountered on our way inside, in the parking lot, was friendly; greeting us as soon as he saw us. The service we received on the inside was great too. They were fairly busy but the food came out fast. Bathrooms were spotless as was the rest of the restaurant. This review is more for the owner of the location - you have something special going with the type of staff you have! We spoke to owner briefly- he was actually going around the restaurant tidying up and helping customers. Top notch location!

Convenient location, just off the freeway, and easy to locate. Had a long queue outside for the drive through. We decided to go in, and it was way quicker. Not much crowd inside. Good service, and nice atmosphere.

Chick-fil-A has cornered the market on quality, and this location is no exception. The food was great, the place was very clean (both the dining area and the bathroom), and it had cozy vibes. Each table had a little decorative planter that was customized with the town name. It was such a cute little touch.

A well run Chick-fil-A! We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff was accommodating. A high-level of service, as you come to expect from a Chick-fil-A. Our order was accurate. The food came out quickly.

Who doesn't love this place? Given the number of people that come here all day long, it is always clean, the service is fast, and the staff is legendary Chick-fil-A. So many other restaurants could be so much better just by following this example.
