Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Laurinburg

I have had with this Chick-fil-A. To begin with, my fries are ALWAYS COLD. The chicken is undercooked and made me sick one day and the salad is NOT FRESH!!!! I am NEVER EVER eating here again!!! I went back on my word and again ordered a salad yesterday. As you can see, it is even worse in comparison to previous orders. I had to throw it away because I was not sure why the chicken looked the way it did and the lettuce obviously wasn’t fresh. This is coupled with the fact that I again wasted my hard earned money which is grossly unfair. Chick-Fil-A you need to get it right because I really can’t afford to be losing money and a meal every time I come here. Let me ask you this one question, “Would you eat this salad?”

We ordered curbside pickup and entered our spot number as soon as we arrived at the restaurant. The app told us that our food would be ready in 2-7 minutes. We ended up waiting for over 20 minutes and the food was lukewarm when it came out. We are regular Chick-fil-A customers, but we won’t be visiting this Chick-fil-A anytime soon.

I’ve been to this location twice now and I can truly say it’s the worst Chick-fil-A that I’ve been to. The crew was unorganized and unprepared to open. It took them almost 30 minutes to make an egg biscuit and my order was the first one taken inside or outside. They barely greet you and seem to have an attitude about working there. I had to double check the sign to make sure I was at Chick-fil-A and not McDonald’s.😒 SMH!

THE WORST CHICK FIL A LOCATION. First the tables and chairs were nasty and we had to wipe them off. second it took over 10 minutes to get our food. The only way we got our food was by asking after we saw 3-4 employees pass by with their bags of food. When the employee went to check on our food, our food had been sitting in the drive thru line the whole time. No apologies were given nor the offer to ensure the food was still hot. Meanwhile they had 3-4 employees goofing around and dancing at the front counter as well as a manager and employee arguing/bickering at the side counter at the food pick up. What a mess- management do better.

This is supposed to be a Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich. I don't think it was cooked all the way, and the fries were soggy and cold.

We go through this restaurant on the way to the beach. We have stopped 3 times in last several months. I have never been in a Chick-fil-A as dirty as this one. The floors, the tables and the bathrooms are all dirty. Plenty of empty tables but you can’t find a clean one. Just not the Chick-fil-A I am used too. We have stopped in on Mondays and Friday nights and every visit was the same. We will not stop again. This restaurant is not up to the brands standards.

My grilled chicken sandwich was very delicious. Tried the CrmlCrmb milkshake and loved it. Very friendly and helpful employees. Positive experience!

Great food and service as always at this chick-fil-a. Spicy chicken sandwich had a bite or 2 of rubbery chicken, but my wife's sandwich was great. Staff were friendly and the service was rapid! Would come back here next time we drive through Laurinburg. We really like the baby playmats that they provide with the high chairs.
