I grew up going to this chick fil a. It used to be one of my favorites to go to. The staff was always wonderful and even though the lines were long, the food was worth it. This location has seemed to decline recently and it's really disappointing. It's started with the time changes, then the changes in food quality. Times in the line are significantly longer, and original staff that I've grown up knowing seems to be disappearing. To put it lightly, new management sucks and I miss the old employees and old food quality. Corporate should really fix this before this location ends up closing for good.

Our family has been coming here since they opened on Ulmerton Rd Largo. The customer service, quality of food, and food times were excellent. We used to come 3 times a week, now they are lucky if we come once a month. They knew me by name. Now, the orders are incorrect 50% of the time. The drive-through is 30 minutes to 40 minutes long. No apologies or food comps. The food quality has gotten where my wife has gotten sick from their chicken nuggets (that are sad small size, by the way). Last night, I got sick from their grilled chicken sandwich, which is supposed to be a healthier food choice. Why do I feel sick to my stomach after I eat it. This place has gotten very unprofessional. Last night, the girl who was taking my order was talking back and forth another girl out there while taking my order. I had to repeat my order 5 times. It was just 2 meals. Sad... I spoke to one of the managers about the evening shift, and he said with a straight face, "Yeah, that's our "C" shift. That shift is always having problems." I did not receive an apology or comps. As a businessman for almost 30 years, I wouldn't tolerate that incompetence for one moment. Not as an investor or as the owner. I guess in the end, all that matters is bottom dollar. Customer service, food quality, and time management are the downfall of this location over the past 3 years. I am very disappointed and should as well because you were getting over $120 a week from our family. No longer...

I admire how quickly they work. They are awesome. so far they haven't messed up my order. Food is always fresh. I go here at least 2 times a month

This store is really cool I got a chicken bacon sandwich here and it was really good.

Parking lot was a nightmare, so we ordered online for pickup. Staff was very friendly. The amount we were charged was ridiculous! My side of mixed fruit wasn't filled to the top. Fries were fine, but sandwiches were small for the price. $4.49 for a VERY small shake was outrageous!!! Quality of food is great, but definitely TOO expensive!!! We won't be back.

This location has changed so much for the worst over the past couple of years, employees appearance and lack of courtesy, not clean and the food is awful. My husband and myself got sick after eating the original chicken sandwich’s which were very dark in color, tasted awful and was over cooked, maybe they should change to cooking oil once in a while. I actually observed the team leader filling the lemonade container and when she went to put the lid back on she dropped into the lemonade, and what did she do? She pulled it out, didn’t wipe it off and put the lid back on, imagine now drinking the lemonade that had a dirty lid dropped into it. Imagine why we got diarrhea from eating the food. What a shame as this was always a great place to eat, won’t be back. Beware

Great food, but during a rush it is apparent that they do not have the available infrastructure to process food orders expeditiously. The service is great and the employees are very pleasant and accommodating. It seems they have more drive through customers than walk-ins. They could use the parking lot to create a 2nd drive through with ordering and food distribution capabilities. I have more ideas I could share and am available for consulting purposes.

Greta food and service! Being able to order on the app was handy and when were near the restaurant the app update our order to preparing, which gave an accurate time for order to be ready. I was impressed with the wait time being accurate both times I have used it in Florida!
