Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Lake Park

We ordered a bunch of items for drive through, they left it out in the rainy weather, the bag was wet, everything was squished into one single bag, and they barely filled the fries. Lady outside was also rude and gave me the nastiest side eye lol. Also didn't give us half of the sauces we ordered and didn't mention anything of it to us because we would have ordered different ones...

We tried to get lunch items at 1005am. Every other Chick Fila in Florida has no problem making anything on their menu at any time in the morning. This location refused to fry up a spicy chicken and waffle fries.

The last 4 times I’ve done curbside pickup for my order, it has taken over 20min each time to get my food. What is the point of mobile ordering if it is slower than the drive-thru?! Even when I click prepare my order before I get there, I STILL have to wait more than 15min… Get it together. This is ridiculous…

Tables were dirty. We cleaned our table Floor had water all over that sat there after been notified for at least 20 minutes than they didn’t clean it just put a sign up. Restroom we’re filthy. Paper everywhere and trash overflowing. When we told them they said we are closing soon. Well people kept coming in and would if someone slips. Never been in a CF this nasty and didn’t care if someone would fall.

Get the grilled chicken if you don't want heartburn. The waffle fries are okay. After eating there we all said let's return but not for a very long time. They did manage to get our order wrong. But eventually they managed to correct the error

I purchased a large order to bring for my fellow workers on the jobsite. I purchased with my company credit card and explained thoroughly that I needed a receipt which they assured me it was in the large box of food.....it was not there!!!!! So I called the store got a recording to leave message and phone number for call back and that phone call back never happened. Very disappointed and will never purchase from there again

I wouldn't recommend I was offended by an employee who I guess thought he was being funny. After her said hello to the others who were his skin color. He proceeded to walk over to my table and say are u planning on staying all night. My friends and I look at him and went back to our conversation. Very poor taste in my opinion.

Diana helped me with catering for two small meetings at work this week! Superior service and super prompt! Thank you Diana for all your hard work. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food that is consistently yummy, and despite how crazy busy this location is, I've never had a bad experience, I'm always in and quickly out. LOVE IT!
