Got salad today and those vegetable is in the salad box. Last time I bought chicken strips but no dipping sauce. Please do better job!

I went through the drive-thru about an hour ago. I haven't been to Chick-fil-a in a while. I ordered a meal with 8 nuggets. WOW, I mean we all know all costs have gone up and sizes down but these are now the nuggets. SOOO much smaller than before and NOT worth the money. My side was a salad that consisted of lettuce, cherry tomato, and a little cheese. Also ordered a diet Dr. Pepper and received Diet Coke. I think I will drive right past from now on.

Your staff was super friendly but the food i was so disappointed with my chicken was was not hot it was just worm the cheese was not even melt! I took the bread off to put mayo on and it fell apart. My bread tasted stale the mac n cheese some parts was hot and some was worm the top of the cheese was just barely melted i could not call i had a full day of doctors appointment. So i didn't have a chance to call to come plain yesterday i paid 12.42 for my meal yesterday and i was really looking forward to my lunch yesterday you guys are one of my favorite places and your staff was and is always friendly. I attached picture i was at the Lake mary location yesterday on 7/8/22

I had given up on Chick-fil-A after several disappointing experiences at the Sanford Florida restaurant. I decided to try Lake Mary, and they were awesome! They were very busy (9/12/23 @ 12:30), and yet every employee was polite, helpful, and smiling! It was so refreshing. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun. It was delicious and served with extra honey roasted bbq sauce! Thank you!!!

What can you say? It's Chick-fil-A, it's some of the best quality "fast food" there is. Staff is phenomenal, you're treated with respect always. They will melt outside just to personally take your order. Waffle Fries. ✌🏻

I love coming here, the service is great and everyone is so nice ! So much better than the Sanford, I go to Sanford everyone is so rude and snobby. Here they actually care about their workers and guest! Great place :)! Also FOOD IS ANAZINGGG!!! Love it here 😊
