Service was great. Even had an employee come and take our tray when they noticed we were finished. The good was good. Nothing was cold or unappetizing. My chicken club tasted great. The sauce (honey roasted BBQ) that comes with the club is awesome.
Wife did an order on the App, while the sandwiches were amazing … our “large” fries were barely fried more like thawed … and the box was closer to medium. While I appreciate the speed and enthusiasm of the service . The food is why people eat here. Really disappointing to eat warm soggy fries with a hot sandwiches. Do better !
We went through the drive thru on a weekday around 12:15pm. I was expecting a big lunch crowd and to have to wait awhile for our food. Yes they have a lot of customers at noon, but they are well staffed with efficient employees. Our food came out lightning quick, everything was correct on the order, and we were on our way again fast enjoying yummy nuggets, fries, and lemonade. Great place!!
Great experience. Rachel took our order. She made sure to read back our order to make sure it was right. Max served us our food and he was very friendly. He provided great customer service. We forgot to order sauce and he promptly helped us while saying "it's my pleasure". Max has a great work ethic and great attitude.
It was fast hot accurate and staff is friendly. I had contact with nothing more than teens and all were respectful and courteous. Which in general is not been my experience in public places in bigger city's and towns.
Always have a good experience at this location and fresh good food.
This place was absolutely a mad house. No where to sit or stand. Tons of stuff all over the place and about 45 workers trying to keep up with demand. The wait was long and they ended up forgetting items in our order. When we called back to notify them, the supervisor said we would have to come back in to get a refund, but then changed their story and said someone would call us. Several days later, we never got a call back. If you like long waits and missing items in your order, check this place out.
We had a good experience here. The staff were very very friendly and they expedited our order extremely quickly. The food almost beat me to our table when they brought it out. Which I found surprising since we ate there at almost 9pm when they were already starting closing prep. I was impressed.
