Food still good as always. But the recent renovation & remodel is terrible. People who think it's reasonable are delusional. Not only does the line block cars in the parking lot, but it takes so mich longer and employees are still having a hard time getting used to the way it works. Should probably go to Johnson City or Bristol because Kingsport has ruined their's.

I went through the drive through and you cannot get up to look at the menu board before someone is com8ng up to take your order. While you are still waiting in line, they are running your food out to you so your fries are cold by the time you get out of line. Ordered chicken nuggets. These were not the regular ones I have always gotten there! Large chunks of peices and parts, grissel and fatty. Overall disappointed in it all!

I sat in line from 10:12am till 10:31a.m. When I got to the order window, you told me you aren't serving breakfast. It was only 10:31. Then you proceeded to take the next 3 orders of breakfast behind me. You made me sit thru the line for another 15 minutes allowing every car behind me to order breakfast. I will never eat at chick fa la again. It's sad that you denied me ordering breakfast over 1 min and then make me sit for another 15 minutes while everyone else ordered. Sickening.

Nothing like cold food. This new design is nice but your thought process makes zero sense. I was in line and ordered and made to go from two lines to one. With 6-7 vehicles sitting in front of me they bring me my food. Pretty quick except well I’m going through the drive thru which means I have to drive somewhere to eat. Even though my food was most likely brought hot by the time I sat there in line waiting to get through where there hand you the food was a solid 10 minutes. Then drive to my place of employment and get to eat cold food. Sorry don’t run food to someone who has to sit there in line. This is a very silly concept for good quality. Instead keep it hot till the people are closer to leaving.

Today we stopped in for a quick bite and Debie was an absolute delight. She was sweeping and stopped to chat, got us refills and threw away our trash even though we told her we could get it. She added to our experience and we got to bond over our mutual love of their zesty buffalo sauce. Wanted to tell the manager I loved her and that she definitely deserves a raise but couldn’t find them. Debie makes this place 11/10!!

I recently visited Chick-fil-a and was blown away by their delicious chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the waffle fries were crispy and flavorful. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service I received from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend Chick-fil-a to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service.

Because of their SLOW and UNORGANIZED service, I normally avoid this Chick-fil-A restaurant like the plague, but I was in the neighborhood and needed breakfast. As I approached the store, I noticed that the drive-thru was not as crowded as normal, so I pulled in. There were two cars ahead of me in the right lane when I pulled in. The employee (older white male) who is assisting the first vehicle in this line finishes, turns, and LOOKS RIGHT AT ME. Instead of walking down the line to me, he moves to the left lane and begins assisting a Chevy pickup that had just pulled in! There were already two or three employees on that side, so he wasn't needed over there. Instead, he openly refused to serve me, which is NOT OKAY! I assume it was due to the fact that I drive an older small car and I am not a young, hot, female. I may not have the most expensive automobile or be the most attractive person, but I DESERVE DECENT TREATMENT just like any other customer. To top things off, the person in front of me kept chatting with the employee instead of concluding her order and yet, no other employee would assist me. Then, it appeared they misplaced that person's order at the pick up window and instead of asking them to pull up, we all sat behind that car awaiting them to FINALLY get that car served. This location has unbelievably rude and slow service! I'm never going back!

Great food, but always backed up and busy ,99% of all the employees I've encountered are above nice and professional.
