User Reviews

Typically a great place with the usual friendliness and professionalism plus hot tasty CFA as I've come to expect. Eating in is best option. Drive through is often packed though fairly quick. Pick up had not been a good experience for me last couple times as I had to wait much longer (15-20 minutes longer) than suggested on the app.

There was a long line at breakfast. The two drive thru lanes read closed so I guess you had to order at the window. I have no idea as to what’s going on. No direction and ordering is taking forever. You can’t get out of line because there’s a barrier. When I could go around two cars I had to leave and go to work. Very unprofessional. My pleasure!

Very disappointed in this new “corporate food standard.” The food here is not cooked. I have been here at least five times since the did away with the well done option (which cane’s does with no issues) and the fries have not been cooked. How is it that the corporate standard for a fast food restaurant as well known as chick fil a raw food? Very disappointing.

The amount of times Chick-fil-A has made a mistake regarding my orders was shocking to say the least. Each time I have ordered through the drive through, there was a mistake every time whether it be not receiving any fries that was supposed to come with each meal, not receiving my drink, not even receiving the dressing for my salad, etc. In short, the mistakes were appalling as this happened on more than one instance. This is appalling and disappointing as this is a well liked food chain.

I feel like this place, food and service have gone downhill recently. This is the 3rd time I have ordered and my order has been messed up, food sub-par or they have forgotten something entirely. Maybe we have just been spoiled with the exceptional service there in the past, but I’m pretty disappointed as of lately. I don’t think I will be ordering from this location any more.

This place always forgets my food or what I ask for despite being repetitive and assertive. Also, they seem to have an attitude and are simply not as nice as other locations to make matters even worse. This is one of the slowest locations as of late. And on top of how slow, they seem nothing but disoriented and perplexed about your order when you get to the window.

Their recent decision to eliminate option of ordering fries cooked extra crisp ("it came down from corporate HQ") disappoints. As far as I know, that leaves Culver's as the last fast-casual restaurant to offer the option. Hopefully, one closer to Keller will open soon. At 11 mi., the Flower Mound Culvers isn't very convenient (although they do have some terrific ice cream!)

Great hot fresh Chick-Fil-A we came at lunch and of course the line was long. Some of the CFA are slow and do not have good hot food. This CFA does! Yum.
