I thought this Chick-fil-A experience was great, given I came during the lunch rush hour. The order was taken correctly, and everything was there. However, the chicken just wasn't as juicy and looked refried. Also, what is with the parking lot? It is very cramped in there and hard to get out. I saw a driver do a 3 take just to get out. As far as the drive way, I almost went inside the wrong lane since the divider is wonky looking 😳

I prefer Bella Terra because it's closer and they are always on point with everything. But of course I gave this location a chance and regretted it. They always seem to forget something. Forgot 3 out of 4 fries I didn't notice until got home. They replaced it later. Then my sandwich looked like someone ran over the chicken while it crossed the road. Wth.

Oh how I love me some chick fil a! This store is always on top of their game! Service is fast and friendly, food is always great and the atmosphere is calm. I was in and out in the drivethru as I had to get my son to school. The team there quickly got my order, prepared it and off I went! Thank you for being a staple of Katy, TX and for having such a wonderful team!

Super sweet employees and a fast drive through but had to give it a three because it is THE most jacked up parking lot layout I’ve ever seen. I’m sure Sonic isn’t please that they blocked the entry so you are forced to drive through their area to get in line!!

Ordered online, a little less than 15 minutes before arrival for curbside pick up. Got to the location, and waited 5 minutes before being able to actually park in the curbside pickup area. Traffic was backed up onto the street! Once parked, submitted our parking spot and vehicle info. Received a response that our order was being worked and that our wait time was 8 to 10 minutes. Ended up being late to lunch with my first grade granddaughter on grandparents' day at her school.

I like it, the kids like it, but please make sure your employees outside listen well to the customers. I ordered deluxe sandwiches for the kids and they gave me spicy ones. I didn’t mention spicy at all. Of course we trust as usual and leave, to discover at home that it is spicy. The kids are not happy. I will start going out of the car next time and take out the order from the bag and review it one by one.

I asked for my kids fruit cup to be all oranges because it’s his favorite and he’s only 13 months old. When we got back to our house to have lunch together I noticed that they only gave him 4 oranges. I don’t know if this was a joke. Chick fil a is our favorite and I’m so sad that this had happen. I hope for those out there reading this review please be extra clear and double if not triple check your order before you leave!

My lord! The staff member had the roughest time understanding how to process my order. When I got to the window, it was still incorrect. The person who gave me my food had to take it back to fix it, and I overpaid due to his error. This was definitely a one-off and not the norm. He needs a bit more training before he's allowed to be alone taking orders.
