Kim P has amazing customer service skills. She was accurate, knowledgeable. She checked our order. She greeted us. She said goodbye. She repeated our order and she was very kind and welcoming and our food was great also but she topped the experience off!

I was prepared to come back and give this place 5 stars but yet again I was disappointed by this location. Before the remodel I was going to this location a couple of times. Then one day i heard they were open from remodel and I redeemed a free reward. It was for a spicy sandwich, went to drive thru, got all the way home, opened the bag, and no spicy sandwich. It was a regular sandwich. Okay fine, slightly upset but I was starving and had a long day so I just ate the sandwich anyway. I didn't call or report it because again mistakes can happen. Then on Sept 7th I did a big order, $77.76 dollar order. Place order on app, go to drive thru, get home, and yet again my order is wrong. I was missing a Mac & cheese, missing a fry, my kids got fruit cups and fries instead of just fruit cups, and then my Cobb salad was regular nuggets instead of spicy grilled filet. Due to the many mistakes I went back to the store. I drove back, went in the lobby, waited in a long line, and then got to the counter. I spoke with a team member and a certified trainer. I told them situation, provided my receipt, and then blank stares. No apologizes, no sorry, and not even a sense of urgency. The certified trainer than took the receipt, spoke with a manager who was bagging the lobby, manager looked at me, and then the certified trainer came back. Told them my missed food would be out. Still no apology and before I walked away he asked me for the mismade Cobb salad back. I asked isn't that cross contamination? He said oh and then continued on. I sat on the mobile area pickup upset. Then a Sr. Team member came up and asked if everything was okay. I said no it wasn't and explained my frustration/disappointment with the past 2 experiences I have had. She immediately apologized, checked on my order, gave me a drink, and brought her manager Susie over. Susie is great. She apologized, explained the situation on why the orders have been having errors, and offered me 3 free meals. I thanked her, she added me in the system for the meals, and made sure I left feeling better about giving this location another try. Tonight I decided to do just that. I went with my boyfriend inside and explained the situation to two front of house workers. One who was pulling me up had me pulled up and then just walked away. No what would you like, how can I help, just walked away. She started bagging drive thru for some reason? Then the other counter person was being very kind with me but still didn't take my order. Then the same Sr. Team Member who helped me in the last experience came up and helped. She took my order, apologized for everything, and went to make sure the kitchen knew about my order. This girl deserves to be trainer or team lead. Anyway we get our food, get home, and my order is wrong. I was missing an avocado lime ranch for my salad so my boyfriend could not eat and my spicy sandwich was a regular sandwich. Even though this location is 5 min from my house I will not be coming back. The lack of empthy from team members, wrong orders, and just downright disappointment on now 3 occasions is too much for me. I can't justify coming back because I've now had 3 occasions where they dropped the ball. Some work needs to be done here. Thanks.

Chicken sandwiches were cold. It was disappointing as we always get nice and warm sandwiches from other Chick-fil-A locations specially in San Antonio area. Place needed some cleaning too.

The quality and quantity of the chicken is degrading badly and quickly. I was very excited the dinning room is finally open and decided to dine in. The spicy sandwich isn't "spicy" anymore and the chicken is very petite. I ordered a spicy sandwich meal and all they did was put a flat and skinny over cooked (twice reheated) patty with scorched batter inside hard and stale buns that are hard to chew. I am very displeased that Chick-fil-A in general (this location especially) is gauging their customers. I'll come back and give this location/franchise another opportunity but it will be a while. Oh well at least the fries were fresh (only thing that was fresh). Lemonade was mediocre.

Not my favorite place for fast food. Burgers come without any special sauce but it is possible to add the basics if you want. They have fried chicken and also grilled chicken.

At first the people up front were very helpful and a delight. Then it took a twist when the manager Isabella came out to help me. I was missing my straw and she came out and told me nothing was wrong and that I was crazy at that my straw was in the bag and did NOT tell me my pleasure after FINALLY getting my straw after asking for it NUMEROUS times. Would NOT recommend eating here.

Probably one of the better Chick Fil A in the greater Katy area. I wouldn't say the food is amazing, but for Chick Fil A it's pretty good and served fresh. The staff are very friendly and from my experience management takes customer satisfaction very seriously. Overall very satisfied with most of my visits to this establishment.

Usually get good service here not this time. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and was given everything EXEPT the actual chicken.. unfortunately I did not check my food before leaving as the employee at the Drive thru were rushing me out. Had to come back to the restaurant to get a refund. Such a waste of time!
