I’ve been coming here on a regular basis for 4 months now. Never disappoints. Always great service from every level. Always clean play pen and restrooms. My kid goes to daycare behind it. He was, well is a picky eater and has he has grown to like chicken again here so it’s special place for us. He likes and ask for this place. He highly recommends lol

I love chick-fil-a, what I don't like is waffle fries all over my floorboard. Two full meals were shoved into one bag, I called and was told to ask for multiple bags next time. The manager was nice and did explain so from now on requesting two bags. The food is great, staff is nice, and overall thumbs up! On a new note thank you for giving me half of a medium fry and soggy nasty fries at that! It's funny because I stopped getting a large fry because I would never actually get a large fry, looks like now I am getting a small in the medium box. Edit! I will no longer be spending my money for overpriced chicken sandwiches and cold fries today was the last straw, cold sandwich and disgusting fries as per usual. Their standards used to be higher. Lost a customer today...

I'm really disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. I have been politely telling them for several years now that their sandwiches are being served under temperature. Not once have I asked them to remake it or posted a negative review, but today is the day. I've been speaking to the same manager every time an issue comes up. My orders are routinely incorrect. Today I was fed up after getting another cold sandwich, cold fries and to top it off the fries with the wrong size. The meals are now $10.25 and this is unacceptable. I spoke to the operations manager & asked for a refund on my sandwich and fries, I was fine paying for the drink. I was told that they don't give refunds. After hitting a wall with this manager I asked to speak to the lady who I've already spoken to multiple times, I believe she is the general manager. I reminded her of all the previous times that we have spoken regarding the same issue in which she did not seem to remember. Her response was, we're not the only store that has to remake sandwiches. She also told me that she wasn't going to give me a refund. Again I reminded her of all the times previously that we'd spoken regarding the same issue. I ordered my sandwich around 2:00 and drove 15 minutes away. I was in a hurry, eating on the go and it's not like I could just turn right around and go get another sandwich. My sandwich was cold from the start and I went ahead and ate it because I didn't have any choice. I started eating my cold fries & noticed that they gave me the wrong size. They were so bad I only ate a few. I explained, that after finishing up my appointment I came straight back to the store. I was then told that because I ate my cold sandwich I couldn't have a refund. I'm not sure what they expect you to do, like life revolves around whether or not you eat a cold sandwich. So they want me to bring the cold sandwich back so they can throw it away, that's ridiculous! I can't believe they okay treating their customers with such disregard, having already spent 30 minutes just driving trying to get this taken care of. After much persistence I finally got a refund. I'm never spending another dime at this location!

The staff in the drive through were so sweet. It was 1015 and I thought I had to get breakfast but they offered breakfast or lunch. I was excited! I got a lunch meal and the fries were so fresh! I've been to this location several times and the food is always good. The staff are always wonderful.

I think it’s safe to say most people like Chick-fil-a. The peach shake literally tastes like peach flavored heaven. I’m vegetarian, so I can’t eat most of their options, but luckily the grilled cool wrap can be made without chicken, and oh my god, I’m in love with it when I add balsamic vinaigrette. The only thing I will say is that I don’t completely agree with their company’s view, but the food is still good.

I’ve only had one experience where Chick-fil-A forgot an item but 99% of the time they never miss the service is great and the food is good

***UPDATED..............it's kinda sad that this happed almost a month ago and the restaurant has not made any attempt to reach out to me. Do they really care??, I believe they do but their lack of action makes me start to question it. I revised it to a (1) star based on the silence. And BTW, I do still visit this location and have had accurate orders and great service with each of the visits since.*** So disappointed with today’s visit. I’m the biggest CFA Fan there is and always go to this location during the week…..great food, great value, awesome people. Today, when I returned to the office with my drive thru order, it was so sad to see the order of fries they gave me. Container not even filled and the fries weren’t fresh. On top of that, I redeemed points for a cookie (was planning to give it to an employee at work because they needed a “pick me up”)…….but to add more disappointment, there was no cookie in the bag. I know it’s just food, but no experience should be like this is full attention is being paid. Other than calling the restaurant (which I know they are busy and I want to respect the other customers they are serving), this was my only avenue to inform them. Hopefully others aren’t being affected and closer attention can be made.
