It's a family favorite. But I gave the drive-thru three stars for atmosphere, it's just a drive thru... The Iguana gives you a whole experience 5 CLAWS.

The food was yummy as always. I loved the new upgrade they did to the drive thru. So glad that their employees are under some shade from this terrible Texas heat. The employees always so friendly and good mannerism.

This location was the worst one we have ever been to. There was no one working outside so the drive through so slow. Which normally doesn’t matter so I ordered online to avoid having to wait even longer because we were in a hurry for a game. Which is the whole reason why we chose to go to Chick-fil-A. They had no workers outside to keep the line going and then when we get to the window they said there system didn’t take my payment. So I gave them a different payment. Then I look at my bank statement now when I get a chance and it did so I got charged twice. I am still trying to be patient at this point but then they tell me there is a six minute wait and that they need me to pull forward so I ask them to take whatever isn’t ready off my order. And then they say no never mind it’s ready. I have lost all patience at this point and tell them to please just give us our food and the manager Tanya tells me I don’t have to be rude. As she is being extremely rude! So basically don’t go to this location if you are a mom in a hurry ,expect to get your correct order or expect any kind of customer service from the manager Tanya. The employees were extremely nice and just trying to be helpful unlike the manager who was suppose to be in charge!

Didn't get our order right, got nasty looks from the workers and I was just so done with the place and being out in public that I just went back home after this. First time out in months and probably will be my last time out for a few months because I can't stand it. Went here because everyone always talks so highly of it and I am very disappointed. I have gotten better service from McDonald's.

I wasn't a big fan of the limited space with bringing a stroller inside the lobby. But I did love the attitude of the older male working lobby, and bringing orders out to people. What a kind heart and soul he has. He was so respectful and nice, give this man a raise!!

I love Chick Fil A!!!! The line is usually always long here but it moves fast and the employees are friendly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich today and it was very good as usual. This location never disappoints.

I was so excited to see that this location reopened after the renovations but I was HIGHLY disappointed with the service I received. I placed a curbside order and once I arrived, curbside spots were not clearly designated. There was a row on the side with signs not properly aligning with one spot and all the spaces were full so I followed the instructions on the app and parked in a spot at the front of the building with my hazards on. After waiting nearly 20mins I got in the drive thru line to inquire about my order as I had my infant in the car with me as well (who at this point was fussy). When I asked about my order I was asked “didn’t you see the curbside spots?” In such a rude manner. Once I pulled around I requested a refund. One of the managers came out with a receipt, never offering an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience. This is definitely not the customer service I’m used to receiving at chick fila and although this is the closest location to our home, I may not return.

Their customer service is unkind. I’ve been to multiple CFA locations, and I have never been told I can only have 2 sauces. That is ridiculous. on top of that, I ordered a Coke and did not receive it. I received the wrong drink there manager gave an attitude whenever I spoke to them about this earlier today. While Google review has them rated someone highly, yelp reviews, read them poorly, and I am inclined to agree with the yelp reports. I would not recommend visiting this establishment ever, and I will not be coming back.
