Always great. Love the way you train your employees... and how they treat us customers... eye-contact, friendly service with a genuine 'thank you and my pleasure' means alot. Other restaurants and places of business could definitely use your training. Esp poorly trained Adults. I overheard a 22 yr old female receptionist in a physicians group, call a patient back to her desk. Her words: I don't read cursive, what did you write here?" I was literally flabbergasted... Thanks!

Had a great experience, as usual with Chick-fil-A, but this was my first time at this location. Tried the new honey pimento chicken sandwich, and was very happy I did. It was delicious.

Such a wonderful place to do business. While picking up a catering order yesterday, the young man at the counter was very courteous and polite as I was waiting for the order to be put together. I know his name, but will not put it here for his safety. He kept me apprised of the progress on the order, and even offered me a drink because the wait was a little longer than expected. His kindness and courtesy were above anything I have experienced in the recent past.

This is one of my favorite locations. The service staff are always very quick, and polite. We rarely have any issues with our order. Which is fine when it does happen, because we understand things happen, and they are always helpful and make it right.

We have been going here for years. Service is always great and extremely fast, but this is unacceptable. Time to shut the whole business down and call pest control it seems. There's no way that this is a single insect. This is a large, healthy, full grown adult cockroach most likely from a large colony living in the building. I was pretty grossed out and couldn't eat the meal that we (over)paid for. Just sickening really.

Usually I never have an issue with chick-fil-a! But this time I was very dissatisfied. I open my egg white griller to sauce it up, and I have half an egg missing, half a piece of chicken, and all my cheese was on the wrapper, not to mention I wait in line for 15 minutes for this.

Hair tied to my chicken nugget. Got to be kidding! If it were my first bite, could had been a different story. However, I'd already eaten 9. How discusting to know that I'd ingested someone nasty fried hair juice? I'm beside myself at the moment. One of the only true Christian restraunts left in this dying country and they allow their cooks not to wear hair nets? Based on my experience, I will never venture to Chick-fil-a and wait in the ridiculously long drive thru line ever again! I hope policies change at this place and it could be a tasty experience again in the future. I on the other hand will never know.

Ordered a side salad and there was a live bug crawling in it.
