Quality of Service has dimished here. Having worked at a CFA in 2016-17, I find everytime I go, the service is worse and worse. Besides the horrible drive-thru set up, This is the 3rd time we've receieved other peoples food within our order, not extra, just replaced. The first time it happened, They gave me a regular chicken sandwich instead of a Grilled Club, had my wife call in and they said I could pick it up. I returned, and they made me wait 30 minutes (while I have the rest of my order sitting) parked for it and basically doubted that they even did anything wrong. They also don't give receipts on card orders, but they'll most certainly ask for it. See attached photo for proof ( Our Order is Phat C , No idea who Jesus is) Last time coming here, a shame because I'm local, but the CFA on 59 and Little York is hands down running laps around this location, and more times then not I'll find extra food instead of missing food.
Drive-thru review: They had cones set up to funnel you into the drive-thru lanes where employees were waiting to take your order. I got through it quickly. The only complaint I have is that the menu is not visible until you get to the person that takes your order. I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal and subbed the regular bun with a gluten free bun. The bun came in a separate sealed package. I chose to toast it before building my sandwich and it was very good. The waffle fries were also very good. I have not been inside this particular establishment but the outside looked well kept.
I love everything about Chick-Fil-A . My granddaughter calls it Chicken-Fil-A. Awesome customer service. We order our meal on the app and it being storming and mean-raining pretty hard but one of the team leaders called me to let me know that the delivery will be delayed until the weather improves..I appreciate that call because it gave me the opportunity to wait or cancel my order.Awesome Team in Humble, Tx., Wilson rd. we love it this place
Food was fine. I only ordered fries so no problem there. But the girl got the order wrong. Instead of 1 it was suppose to be 2. No big deal. I just asked her to repeat the order before paying and then corrected her saying it was suppose to be 2. Again no big deal to me. The problem is she had a problem. What it was? I don’t care. But body language and tone after the correction just checked out. Blonde hair. Think she was regular staff her shirt was blue and white stripes. 9/19/23. Night Shift. 8:25pm. Baby girl fix your attitude it wasn’t that deep. This is the first time ever In my personal chick fil a history where someone gave me attitude. It was only fries I never yelled at her. Show kindness love , I didn’t make you apply for Chick Fil A.
I would like to put no star in the review but I can’t unfortunately. The food here is horrible the chicken turns out all burned and greasy. Not to mentioned the employee at the drive-thru Dani who gave me the wrong order. I hope the owners starts putting more attention to this place.
1st experience with chic soup outstanding. Soooo I tried a 2nd time. Consistency not there. It was weekend so I guess younger workers made the watered down version of chicken soup. However chic fil a still my go to for iced lemonade and nuggets😋
Last Time I'm coming to this store. If I could give less stars I would. The app wasn't working (not on them). Went through the drive thru. They for like the umpteenth time missed my order up again. Short of grabbing my food and taking every single item out(huge order) there really is no way of knowing if everything is absolutely in my order. I called back the store. The only way I could see it being made right is to have the single item delivered to my house(within delivery distance) . They left out my spicy chicken sandwich! Again!. Transaction number is 1657. I ended up leaving this place because the line was at a standstill. 10 mins and I was still in the same spot....so I reversed and got out of there to make my hair appt. Ended up ordering through doordash. My food was great. I always pass this location because the drive thru line never moves.
