Disappointed with my recent experience I recently visited the Chick-fil-A location in Huber Heights, OH, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. During my visit, I discovered a piece of plastic in my egg and cheese muffin , which I believe was the cheese cover. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she assured me that it was from the eggs and not plastic. Despite my doubts, she offered me another sandwich, but I declined as I didn't feel comfortable eating anything else from the establishment. After leaving the store, I contacted Chick-fil-A's customer service to express my concerns and provide feedback. They assured me that the manager of the location would contact me promptly to discuss the incident. However, I never received a call from anyone, despite reaching out multiple times. This lack of follow-up and resolution has left me feeling dissatisfied with my overall experience. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's disappointing when a company fails to address the issue and provide a satisfactory resolution. I hope Chick-fil-A takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Despite this unfortunate experience, I must mention that the staff members I interacted with were polite and friendly. It's just the lack of follow-up and resolution that has left me disappointed. I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware of such incidents, so I have decided to share my experience through this review.

Yesterday I got a cobb salad with extra chicken and this is what I got. I paid 14$ for this, and when we mentioned that we order extra chicken they said that was already included. I’ll never come back to this place. I always felt that this food was overpriced and overrated, so this is the evidence.

I got the deluxe spicy chicken combo and it was delicious. I went at one of the busiest times and I got through the drive-thru with minimal wait. The staff was very friendly.

Just to start off, i got 4 combos, 3 with fried and one with a parfait. The lady who took my order did a great job. If it wasnt for her, id say 0 starsFrom that point on, a complete failure. Their phone number transferred me to some Cares thing, was told id get an email. Never did. Finally talked to someone at the store and they put a time limit on me getting my food replaced. And these places dont understand that just the gas it costs to go all the way back and get your food costs almost as much as the food itself. The lady at the store made me feel as though she was accusing me of lying or something. Never been a big fan on chik fil a. Family loves, but I will not be going back for quite some time. Let them get their ducks in a row first.

I came her and had a wonderful experience. Me and my mom came for lunch with a friend and we were waiting for her friend to get here and this lady and she asked us if we ordered and we told her we were waiting and she gave us drinks while we wait. And then we got samples of chocolate chip cookies and peach lemonade. And the people are great! Definitely go to this Chick-fil-A!

Always delicious. Fast and friendly. If you get the app they give a decent amount of free food per your purchase items.

No no and no... My first time here. Always heard the crispy chicken was amazing. They got my order wrong. Gave me grilled chicken sandwich instead of the crispy. I wasn't gonna complain. figured what the heck and gave it a try. It was extremely bland even with the tomato and lettuce. The person who attended to me was rude as hell. Line was way to long to get bk in for them to fix this order and I have things to do. First and last time here. Maybe in a different city it's better service.

Normally I have great and fast service at Chick-fil-A fila, no matter how busy they are. But this one was slow and rude. They served everyone around me for a good 25 minutes and kept telling me to pull further foward.
