We ordered around 7:30pm and got 2, 12 piece chicken nugget meals. fries and chicken were good as always but my sweet tea was soured. it tasted like it had been sitting there since the morning and my husband’s coke was flat. their tea is usually very good but i was highly disappointed tonight.

Chick-fil-A was very chick filly. The service was great, food was consistent and the people were polite. One person even gave us a free book! The bathrooms were clean and ordering was efficient. Great stop!

Seems they have consistent issues getting salad orders correct especially if you order and pay for additional chicken to the salad. The partial salad missing most things in and it looks like it’s been tossed around is a far cry from the salad on their menu. Here’s a picture or the salad with an extra filet paid for and a picture of the hat their salad should look like regular without an extra fried filet. So disappointed especially after I said to the kid that gave it to me this is extra chicken? Where’s the rest of the stuff that goes in the salad? I was told I ain’t know it’s all there it’s my pleasure to serve you! Wait what!! They had to fix something too when I ordered Mobley so they could add the additional chicken to the order so it back to the car lineup getbecause she had to ask for a manaer override and waited and waited and waited some more because the manager didn’t come out when she asked that was why the line backed up and them the owner Mitch came out put the override code him and told Tory You need to get these cars taken care of well it’s only backed up because a manager included Mitch didn’t come out when she requested one too for the override So if you would have come out faster when asked there wouldn’t have been a line back up NOT TORYS FAULT it’s the managers fault and blamed Tory really y’all need to treat your workers better!! And you need to learn to make the salads. Pictures or what I got and then what I should’ve had. I then went I’m adding this I then went to the bottom of the bag to find out the brownie that I used for my reward points isn’t in there big surprise! This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to consistent problems I think I’ll stick to the one on Tusculum campus they at least get the orders right and don’t Yellit their employees when it’s their fault!

They literally have the best workers. Everyone is saying that kind fine help, but not here they always have friendly, attentive, hard working people. That says all you need to know!

It is new, so they are a little slow but I'd rather wait for fresh and correct then rush and incorrect. I've had breakfast and lunch items. All three times have been fresh and hot. Other than what I mentioned above, the service is good and polite. I think having the lobby closed for a grand opening probably makes things harder on them. It is good to finally see them in Greeneville without having to go out of town for this wonderful restaurant.

There is not too much you can say about Chick-fil-A that has not already been said. The food was as I expected and the staff was super friendly. 5 stars is not a hard target to hit with me if you are providing the basics for your industry, but I have to say they always make it seem like it is their pleasure to serve me and that they truly want me to have a nice day.

As you might expect, food quantity is always very good at any Chick-fil-a. The young adults serving in the drive through deserve special mention. Both the order taker (who was freezing cold) and the window attendant were so nice and pleasant to talk with during the order process.

All good except the drive thru, only if your staff could stand close to the menu cars probably wouldn't be backed up with customers ordering. Other then that food is great and hot.
