so disappointed with my chocolate cookies!! they were hard and burnt 😭. i went up to the front area and pointed out the cookies to them. the manager didn’t “understand” what was wrong with them and said that 10 secs in the microwave can solve that problem. they “remade” the cookies and they were from the same bad batch. 😂 am i sorry? literally spent $100 on this trip to chick fil a. never been so disappointed with customer service.
This location is HORRIBLE. Every single time I go here, they mess up the order without fail. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I'm done going to that location and giving them a shot. In today's order...we were missing fries, they put fried nuggets instead of grilled. We also got a market salad but got toppings for their southwest salad instead. It's always something here. Wrong order, missing food, wrong food. I've never had this issue at any other location, just this one. They need to look at training and really get it together.
One of my favorite locations. Service is always on point. During lunch we had an employee and manager top off our drinks and ask if we need anything. The manager updated us on future community and family friendly events. I appreciate not having ideological LGBT-P groomer cult propaganda shoved down my throat when having a meal. Just pictures of families on the walls. No political signs anywhere.
This place has not much right for being so far-right. The right wing nuts that run this place and all other locations have no clue about chicken or politics. Everything they know is wrong. Rom food to service to atmosphere. This location and its staff and so called food might as well be in red state Iowa or in Redding, California. There are definitely many other places both corporate and local to get great 🐔. Do what'$ left, use your common sense and dollars and dumptrump.

The words exceptional, amazing, and awesome don't begin to explain this chick-fil-a. I love the food and service provided especially by Grace Dan. She always masters to bring smiles to faces and leaves guests in good moods. Love love love it here.
Everyone was so nice! I don't love fast food, but the grilled options were pretty good. They're was a homecoming party there too, so it felt even fancier.
Store manager Isabella acts like she doesn't care at all. Almost every time I come here my food is not made correctly, and today when I spoke to her about it she didn't care at all and it was a struggle to even have them put the correct cheese on the sandwich. .. extremely horrible service here.
