Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Grand Prairie

Came to this location to try the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, even though I do. It like pimento cheese sandwiches. Got to try new stuff every now and then. The young kid behind the counter needed more training. It was hard to hear him and he was confused with unsweetened lemonade, he didn’t know what that was. Not the normal service we have come to expect here. Anyway the sandwich was actually good, I liked it, got the spicy one. It tasted like it had rotel cheese dip on it not pimento cheese. Will have again, loved the jalapeño on it. Went to this location after their big remodel. They did a good job, nice atmosphere and they fixed their drive through so it doesn’t block parking and eating in. Food was served hot, and order was spot on. Visual and flavor were good, and staff was very friendly and engaging. The new watermelon mint lemonade is amazing, a must try.

Your service can improve the people you have out there is not polite and I went to 2 of them period the first one she was had a very bad attitude period and the guy he was very sweet and very good attitude period he at the second Chick-fil-A period

Every single time I come to this location I am met with staff who have extremely BAD attitudes and offer NO customer service! My order is often wrong and missing something. When called to their attention, the eyes roll and no apology is given! I WILL NEVER give this location my business and corporate will be contacted. This location does not have the Chick-fil-A Standard!!! Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!

Although employees are professional I’m giving a low rank because they won’t give you extra honey butter on your minis anymore and the ones I received seemed old and dry. Disappointed.

Food was cold and dry, almost choked on my fries, employees are rude and disrespectful! I wish I never came.. operator talked very rude to workers! Someone shut this place DOWN! Only a few workers were nice. I thought this place was nice, trust and believe I’ll never come again

First of all, I love the food here however, since they have reopened the fries are half full and burnt. I’ve gone here 3x since reopening and each time fries are burnt. Not to mention their set up is weird now. Looks like a factory inside and everyone is all over the place. They also forgot my chick Fila sauce!! 👎🏽

Good food but incomplete order. Too many people taking your request causing confusion when delivery your order. I have had two messed up order in same week.

I went through the drive thru to order and ordered a #3 which is a spicy chicken biscuit. I ordered it with pepper jack cheese and instead they gave me a chicken burrito with Egg. I can't eat eggs. I tried to call and while I was explaining it to her, she hung up on me. Tried to call back and hung up on me again. I have never had this happen before and so sad the wouldn't talk to me.
