Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Grand Prairie

I keep trying to give this place a chance but it’s like every time I go, they always mess something up. My orders are so straight forward. They always, I mean always miss an item or worse the condiments and they look at me mad when I ask for them in the drive through when I pick up my order. I thought the point of the app was to help be more efficient. They lack in all skills here. I would just be happy if you actually added the items I order and condiments I requested in my order. I am not asking for anything extra. I literally have to pull everything out of the bag and hold up the whole line because this happens every time. This place needs new management.

Great customer service from start to finish. This location was very clean and easy to find parking. My 1st time trying the Mac n cheese and it was delicious I recommend adding hot sauce you won’t be disappointed. It’s so cute they have a section to shout out the graduates. They have open interviews on Monday’s for cashiers and kitchen staff.

Food is excellent. We love that we can bring our young kids, sit down at a table, and have the meal brought to us after ordering on the app. It takes so much stress out of a family meal away from home. The staff are always kind and actively engage to make the experience positive.

So I went to apply for a job. And the reason why the guy said he wouldn't hire me is because I already have a job. My main job is mon to Friday, 9 am to 4pm. I put I can be in by 5 and close and also work anytime on Saturday. His excuse is he doesn't think I can handle it due to previous experiences. I don't think that is fair to me. I am a hard working person. I have worked in the DFW airport which is super fast pace. Who are you to tell me what I can handle. I feel like I wasn't treated fairly. I came to apply at chickfila because I have always love the service, the culture and atmosphere. This definitely has changed how I feel about chickfila. =(

I love chick fil a but one bad thing about this location is that even on slow times or when it is not busy with only 2 customers inside they still take around 20 minutes to give you your food and sometimes with no sauces even when you ask for them. But overall it’s clean and the employees are nice. I got the vanilla latte and it was very good.

Had lunch on a Sat afternoon at this location. It was busy but not overly crowded. My food was ready before I left the counter. Staff was cleaning the dining room the entire time I was there although noone ever asked if I need anything or a refill. The A/C was super high and blowing right on my table which actually made my food cold before I would finish it. Fries weren't crisp. Overall not a bad experience but not a stellar CFA experience either.

The food is good, they need to work on drive thru organization at lunch time.i had never waited that long at a chick fil a.

There's this white lady that excludes Hispanics. We ordered our food and never got service from her, neither did another Hispanic family. She kept offering help to other people and making conversations to them but never did to us. This is my 3rd time here and she keeps doing it. They should check who they are hiring.
