A great Chick-fil-A location: right next to a park! Looking for a place to go for an evening walk and picnic? This is a great location. Park at the Fish Creek parking lot, have a nice casual walk to Chick-fil-A, head back and be able to enjoy the evening. Would definitely recommend this location!
I work just 5 min away and decided to go last week and Got back to the office and served no ketchup for thick waffle fries. I can not eat them without ketchup. I went again on yesterday and made clear to please give me ketchup and wasn't sure if it needed to be requested but made sure to request this time. I trusted and was failed again when I got back to the office. I didn't even want my entire lunch. I called up there and the lady says we will give you a free waffle fries. I was pissed because hellllll no all I can think about is dry fries without ketchup. I would have preferred to replace the meal. I do not want to go back and will pass this place up on lunch break quickly. Very disappointed in the outcome to solve the problem
Amazing location. Went there after a tennis match with the whole team. The customer service was amazing. Fast, very friendly, and very clean. Food was hot and the lemonade gallon was actually really good despite being 13 something. They had workers going around asking if we needed refills, sauce, or any help at all times. Keep it up!
My go-to chick fil a. I've been disappointed the last 3 times I have visited. Every single time, I was missing 2-3 chicken sandwiches from my order. Price wise, that's a whole $15. The first time, I had to drive back, and the other times, I happened to check the bag during the visit. I dont live too close, so it's annoying not to be sure we are getting what we order. I used to just trust I was given the right order, but now I'm recommending to please check your bags there! To make matters worse, the sandwiches we ate were not top quality and was more fat than chicken. I'm honestly really disappointed since I buy for my family of 7 here often.
They were very busy, however the line went super fast. The line was also extremely organized as per usual. Got the spicy chicken deluxe after a round of golf and it was delicious. Diet frosted lemonade is also a treat and it is on par with the other location I visited. This is the first time I've ever been to this Chick-fil-A as I live over in Tarrant County and was just over here for golf.
Manager that was in charge in drive thru was so rude. We told young lady what we wanted and she wrote it in the tablet. We ask for the extra items we asked for and the manager decide to roll her eyes and made a face where we were able to see her. If the manager does that what do you expect from employees. Bad example for her employees.
Have started going to this location since Camp Wisdom has been temporarily closed. Last few visits were bad, with the chicken tasting gross and too greasy the last few times. Haven't ever had an issue with quality of food before at Camp Wisdom or Pioneer, so I'll be driving to Pioneer from now on
can never go wrong at this location. Friendly employees, clean restaurant, speedy service no matter the line. i drive to this location even though there’s one closer to me.
