Another delicious meal here at Chick-Fil-A. My nuggets and Waffle Fries were just perfect. The staff were helpful and courteous. I took one star off because the dining area was quite dirty. This is the first time I haven't given 5 stars but it was just so filthy.

We had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A thanks to the Vice President of this location. He overheard us talking about our order mess up, he quickly made it right, was extremely kind and even gave us some coupons! We will be sure to stop back here on our next road trip.

We all love Chick-fil-A so it's pretty much about the locations we go to,to get that good customer service and this location is by far one of the best. Employees get you in and out with that "my pleasure" curtusey. And food is always hot and fresh.

Supervisor went to go get breakfast for everyone. When she returned to the office she realized that one of the breakfast sandwiches were missing. It was one minute past 10:30 and when we called to see if she could go and pick the item up they said no because breakfast ends at 10:30, but not our fault that an item was missing. We should have been able to go back and get our item or it should have been delivered to us, for the inconvenience. They added the breakfast sandwich to the mobile app, but there is no telling when we would get to get breakfast from here again. I usually have a pleasant experience with CFA, but this was not one of them! Just check all of your items before you leave, so you won’t be left hanging!

I was surprised how busy it was at around 9am but ordered ahead so got through very fast, probably 5 minutes. Breakfast Chicken biscuits were good. I never realized I could get the french vanilla and splenda with coffee, very good.

I always have an issue at this location. But today was the icing on the cake for me to NEVER order from here again. I waited in a long drive through line… there was only 1 lane which stated order at speak. I waited at speaker and never heard anyone… I said over the speaker hello a few times and that I couldn’t hear anyone. The car behind me started to beep so I instead started to hurry and place an order via the app to pick up via drive thru… of course the app kept spinning and spinning but never processed via Apple Pay. By this time I’m at the window and he immediately says he can’t take my order and go around or come inside. I attempt to explain I tried ordering and clearly sat in line for well over 20 mins on my lunch break expecting to pick up food. He refused and nonchalantly stated it’s policy and come inside. I do not like my time wasted. There are several restaurants in the same area i could have chosen for lunch but this will be my last time at this one. I waited at window, greeted and waited again but because they were busy thought maybe to wait or someone was on the side under the umbrella taking orders and money as they’ve done previously. But either way me wasting my time to only leave without food is unacceptable and they’ve forever lost a patron.

A few days ago I went to chick-fil-a for dinner and at the counter I was met by astounding customer service from a young man named Cooper. He was kind and was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish more people were as kind as this young man. Great experience Great customer service 5 stars.

The literal SLOWEST chick fil A I've been to in the area. Drive through will be minimum 15min and parking to go in is no faster - not even during peak hours either; this has been my experience at 9am, 2pm, and 8pm. Do not recommend.
