Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Gadsden

I came through after the re-model they made it worse no better. And the food, still awful and extremely overpriced. My chicken nuggets were full of bone. The landscaping was pretty though and employees are pleasant. I will never visit this location again. I've gave them several chances on food quality still no improvements

I ordered in the app and picked up in drive thru. Asked for extra butter on my spicy biscuit. The biscuit was soooo good I almost wanted to get back in line and get another one. Luke was working the drive thru and commented on my Georgia seat covers. He was very polite. Great experience.

Ordered a single combo meal, had to wait 30 minutes for it. I found a gift card / coupon card for a free sandwich in the bag when I got home. At least the waffle fries and sandwich was all hot and tasted great when it came out. I kept seeing a lot of cars being served huge orders (behind me that ordered after me) while mine took forever. Saw a couple of teens laughing a lot about who knows what. I was in a bit of a rush so it was a little inconvenient to wait. This could be improved on, but I appreciate the coupon card. Will return and amend review given this location hasn't been open long.

Stopped by for the first time after they reopened from their rebuild/remodel. The layout of this store has always been poor, and they had a real chance to improve it with the rebuild/remodel. Instead they made it worse. They did away with the whole curbside pickup section, still have a whole row of parking that gets completely blocked up by the drive-thru traffic, and added a second drive through lane which they were merging in to 1 lane going under their 2-lane portico for pick-up. At the pick-up it was bedlam with them asking me 6 or 7 times what the name on my order was.

Absolutely the worst Chic fil a in the company. The drive thru is a mess. So unorganized! They always make you pull up and then they never bring food out. Be prepared to get out and go ask for your cold food.

i’ve been back to cfa twice since they’ve reopened. both times we were dine in. our breakfast experience was AMAZING all the way around. unfortunately, our lunch/early dinner experience wasn’t as great. the food was excellent, but the service - not so much. i do believe the staff tried their very best, they just seemed to not yet be fully trained and still catching on which is totally understandable but inconvenient to customers. if you are going to put them on the floor not fully trained, have someone standing close by to help them when they are lost. we hope to come back in a few weeks and see a fully trained staff & enjoy our food as we always have! 🙂

Let me start by saying Chick-fil-a is my all time favorite fast food place. My last visit i had was upsetting. I bought 3 chixken sandwich meals. 1 spicy, 2 regular. I never have to xhexk my bag, they have always been 100% accurate. I get home and have 3 spicy chixken sandwichs an 1 fry. My mother an i were getting the regular sandwiches and cannot eat spicy foods due to medical reasons, an now we are missing 2 fries as well. Tried calling the store back to back to back, with no answer. Havent been back, and its very heartbreaking bc this my favorite place to eat.

The food and service were excellent. We got our food super fast! The only drawback was how crowded it was, but they can't help that their food is so popular. We found a table right away.
