This might be the worst CFA location in North Texas… we only go here because our 3 boys love it. Every Friday I order the same food, nuggets and large fries. Every week the large fries are about half full. I guarantee that if I had ordered medium it would be the exact amount as what they are giving me in the large order.

I wrote a review previously but I had to make a new one . I went today with my aunt and son , everything was good until we were leaving . I had asked for a refill then next thing i see was a COCKROACH!!!!!!! Honestly, I have been letting the horrible service pass and the wrong orders as well but this is the last straw for me. I let the employee know and she killed it and went to wash her hands but didn’t clean where she had killed it .

95 percent of the time there is an item missing from our order. This primarily happens for dinner, anytime after 6 PM, especially drive-thru. If it wasn't for my kids I would stop going. Also, service is lacking. Isn't Chick-fil-a known for its cheery customer service? Order of large fries...half empty.

According to the staff, starting today, Sept 22, 2023… this location will no longer let you order fries with no salt!!! Additionally, their marketing manager is trying to eliminate off menu food orders. If you have a health condition, limiting salt intake, skip this place. We went across the street to Whataburger, and they were more than happy to accommodate our request. We will not be back to this location. We we’re spending about $45-50 per week there too….

Mabel and Logan Did a great Job and were very professional. I Love this Chick-fil-A because it is huge and has outdoor seating too. Super clean and great food. Try the Autumn Spic milkshake!

Ok, so the night that I thoufht about leaving a review, this happens. This are usually great here, besides their boxes of fries not being full. Got my son a chicken sandwich, added lettuce...this is what we got. Like...REALLY!? Chick.Fil.A, please pay a bit more attention to your quality.

Chick-fil-A has impressed me with its simple yet satisfying menu. The consistent quality of their food and good service have made every visit a pleasant experience. Whether it's their classic chicken sandwich or their waffle fries, I can always count on getting a delicious meal. The staff's friendly and efficient service adds to the overall positive impression. Chick-fil-A's commitment to maintaining their standards shines through in every aspect of their operation.

Expect half filled fries every time! As expensive as the food is this is unacceptable. Worst location in the area and it’s ran by a bunch of teenagers. I will go to 423 location from here on out.
