We ordered 3 shakes, 2 12 count nuggets, and a tea they gave us the nuggets and told us to pull forward to the parking slot. The entire reason we stopped was because I was thirsty, and they didn’t even give me my tea at the window. We waited 15 minutes and no one came out. I called the store to find out what was going on, they told me they would be right out and they were behind on shakes. Then they did come out five minutes later but they didn’t bring any straws so my husband had to go in and get them. I asked for extra ice and they gave me hardly any ice, and it wasn’t even all the way full which was really weird. So disappointing, something must be wrong with the shake machine because the shakes taste weird not like normal.

So at other chick fil A stores I’ve ordered large fruit cups and they have always given me a large red cup, a big one! Today a went to this chick fil A store and they sold me this cup as a large one… I was like, what? Why? What happened to the large cup!!! Well, I left a little disappointed🤷🏻‍♀️

Today, I had to jump in and give a great review for this location since people tend to mostly write reviews when they have that one terrible experience. I have been visiting almost every week since I went low carb and can enjoy the grilled nuggets with a salad. My order is always on point here. They get all my choices correct, and the staff has been pleasant. Today, at 110 degrees, they had employees outside taking orders with a smile. My salad and nuggets were super fresh and tasty. My husband and I both enjoy this location.

Love this Chick-fil-A location. Very clean and staff is very friendly. The kids play area is a bit small in general, however, my little ones enjoy going to play & eat. Great place to meet up with friends as well to chat while kids play.

On each visit the service is great. Love how courteous everyone is. They employees are young so to see them talk in such a respectful way days how much they are learning. The food was great. The speed of service was fast and the lines were somewhat long. No complaints.

There are occasions when an establishment is so exceptional that a 5-star rating they cannot be denied. Such was the case on this visit. I drove up on this visit greeted by the peak-time system of tablet-wielding professionals coming to you before you even arrive at the order console. Even at the mere potential of inconvenience, Chick-fil-A comes to YOU. Upon completing my order, the young gentleman advised that turning it into a meal would be cheaper. My eyebrows raised. I then subsequently made my way through the converging lane to the left turn. As I straightened my car to align with the delivery window, my acquaintance that so fastidiously received my order approached to greet me with my order in hand. Were there twins working that day? Did the singular employee walk the other side of the restaurant to the delivery window, obtain my order, and then deliver it to me directly, or has Chick-fil-A learned how to teleport people and decided to preserve it for their customers? I may never know. What I do know is that the waffle fries were delicious, the nuggets distinct, and the chicken sandwich refined.

Good place to come, especially if you have small kids. They have been fully operational since May 2022: open dining room and open playground. They were both closed for two years during the pandemic. Giving them 4 stars because they gave us no toys with our kids meal purchase during this particular visit.

Can’t believe I’m giving my first bad rating to my favorite restaurant. Imagine spending almost 50 bucks on food just to be told you need to pay an extra 2.50 for the sauce package… online it literally ask what sauce you want for your nuggets and fries I just followed the prompts. He said we are only allowed 10 sauces … well why would your online portal not say that? And why would it ask what sauces I want with each meal I purchased. And then we had many drinks! And they only gave us one cup holder. Great we live on the THIRD floor! I couldn’t have gotten two cup holders? Come on. Terrible.
