Is Chick-fil-A the best managed fast food restaurant in the world ? The answer might be yes. I pulled up to drive through during dinner rush and given the mob of cars stacked in two lanes I almost turned around and left I didn’t time it but it seemed like 5 minutes later I was driving off with my food as they had the system and people allocated to handle the rush and the wait time was the same as during non peak time - great job to the team !!
The delivery driver pulled out in front of me doing 50mph down 377, then proceeded to go 35mph and slow traffic down almost causing the car behind me to rear end me. I love Chik Fil A, but this driver should learn that when you pull out onto a highway you must be aware of other drivers. Nobody wants to get into an accident and not receive their chicken
This is always one of the best chick fila restaurants there is. Every time the service is fantastic. This location is above the rest due to their manager. I think his last name is Hicks. He always has his crew running a top notch operation and he himself is always on the floor doing everything he can to help his customers. Not sure if chick fila corporate reads these. If they do this man needs to be recognized by your company.
This was really bad. The chicken was meh. I asked for Xtra ice in my tea, it was even on my receipt but hardly any ice and tea very warm. Will not be back
The food was amazing. I had the chicken biscuits for breakfast. The buttered biscuits were the best biscuits ever, 10/10. I also usually get the chicken sandwich, which never disappoints. I go here usually, and recommend.
Visited this past Wed., 4/12/23. I took my 1 yr old baby girl for lunch. She's discovering her voice, and was extremely vocal & squealing as usual! Before we ever sat down, Mr. T-Ron (i think that was his name) had a high chair for us, and I didn't even have to ask. Offered to hold her while I gathered our things, as she was getting very antsy. He checked on us during our visit, and offered any help needed. As a new momma after 21 years, his patience and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. * Only draw back was the mac and cheese could have been a bit fresher & was a little dry * The establishment as a whole was a nice visit!
This location is awesome! Best staff, best service, and great food. Probably the best Chick-fil-A that I've been to.
I loved the experience at this location. Amazing treatment. Thank you guys for being so sociable, so kind, professional, and for giving away costumer service of excellence. I really hope Chick-fil-A keep up high standards, as they are doing right now. The food is great as well, the service is fast, and the food has good presentation. Thank you thank you.
