Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Fircrest

Upon walking in and finding a place to dine was more than anyone should have to deal with. EVERY booth was dirty to include the seats when my husband asked for a towel to wipe down the seating area (don't laugh) he was handed a moist towelettes and was told this is what they use. The manager saw what he was handed and walked away. As he was opening the small wipe packet, an employee came sprayed and wiped all the tables. The food was not to the standard of when the 1st Chic-ful-A opened Maybe it was just the one we chose to go to and others have higher standards.

Spicy chicken salads are always crisp, well integrated components, and extremely flavorful. I love these salads. Although they are always busy, their efficiency is unsurpassed.

Person in the drive through was incredibly rude. We asked to change our order, which we know is not the greatest. The employee at the window was extremely confusing, he kept misunderstanding what I was trying to explain. He said it was okay but was starting to give me attitude. Some other lady took over and even she didn’t understand. My fiancé was on the phone the entire time and was confused as to why they didn’t understand how simple of a change it was. Chicken sandwich- to spicy deluxe. Not hard. I’ve never had an issue at this location before, so this is a bit frustrating. On top of the confusion and attitude, they gave us the wrong size fries. Cool.

Always very clean and staff is consistently friendly. Chick-fil-A prides itself on quality customer service, but it can be hit or miss depending on location. This location always has great staff who are friendly and welcoming and above all very patient when I'm trying to order for my kids and they can't decide what they want. Would definitely recommend this location.

Crazy cheap management. Absolutely unbelievable service to customers ordering through third party apps…. So customers in store can get a cup holder but not customers ordering? The driver is then forced to carry all of my drinks by hand and expected not to spill them? The repercussions go back to the store anyways when we want a refund on the spilled drink because the driver couldn’t properly deliver because the restaurant can supply them with proper delivery equipment( a simple cup holder). Third party food delivery drivers don’t have an “employer” so stating that our employer should have let us know is false.

Great customer service from the cash register person. Friendly and accurate with our order. Fries were Luke warm. Nuggets were surprisingly good. At first, I thought they were overcooked, but I actually like them a little more crispy. Nuggets were hot, like they just came out of the cooker. Restaurant entry was clean. We didn't go into the dining area. Parking for this establishment is very tight. There are too many compact spots.

First experience at Chick-fil-A and I was impressed! The chicken was very good and at a fair price. The fries were not as crispy as I would have preferred. The service was joyful, pleasant, and pretty quick for how incredibly busy they were. The restaraunt in Lakewood was also very clean. Great job management and staff 👏 I'll be back!

Excellent customer service from manager Alisa. Our family had just driven three hours, and while ordering our five-year-old decorated the floor with her vomit. Everyone was super chill about it, cleaned it up quick, and check up on us to make sure our kid was feeling okay.
