My salad was horrible. The lettuce was brown. I love these. But this time it was not fresh
I'm not sure how they run so smoothly while always having a 30 car lineup. Customer service is ALWAYS excellent. I have NEVER had an incorrect order, and the food is delicious. Highly impressed with Chick-fil-a. They beat their competition with ease. The rest of these chicken joints can get out of town.
Wow, this place is so busy. That said, they are friendly and quick. The food was hot and fresh, and the smiles were genuine. As always, thanks for a great meal.
I love their chicken nuggets and cheese sauce. Ill never understand the huge hype and waiting in line forever. It's good... but not that good. Thank the Lord for mobile ordering, or Id never go. Ha.
Waited 35 minutes to get to the window to be told my order isn't ready and to move forward. Waited another 5 minutes to get my food, and when I get home and open my hash browns the box is practically empty.
This has to be the smallest, and most poorly designed chick-fil-A we've ever visited. Tiny dining room, small ordering area... And don't get me started on the parking lot. The food was good as always, but don't try to park near the building... the drive thru will fill up and trap you.
Wanted to give a huge shout-out to Lisette for her efforts this morning (July 21, 2023 at the Fairview Heights, IL location). I had placed a catering order online 2 days ago and when I showed at 11:45 am to pick up there was no record and nothing waiting for me. I had placed the order on my work computer so couldn't get the confirmation number to load, but remembered the order total and what I had ordered so wasn't sure if the system had glitched. Staff member Lisette graciously checked the back and said she couldn't seem to find my order but had already started working it. I couldn't find where I had been charged in my bank account so said that would be great and appreciated it, and she offered if I did end up getting charged twice to let her know and they would resolve it ASAP. She brought the completed order to the front (total process was probably 10 minutes) and I was out with the order for 10 folks. Event went great, and when I was able to get back to computer noticed my "confirmation screen shot" didn't have the red "complete my order" selected... as in I had never finished the order process. Bottom line... my error was completely cleared and resolved in 10 minutes by the Chick-Fil-A team and Lisette going above and beyond. Always impressed by y'all's customer service and yet again, appreciate the care and quality from the staff ESPECIALLY fixing my error to make it right. THANK YOU!
